Kathy and Elizabeth are wonderful people and always so kind when I come in for prescriptions. Scott the little old man however is really really rude and unprofessional. I think it's honestly time for him to retire because every interaction I had with him has just been awful. People come in with different numerous health problems and he's just mean. You never know what someone is going through and the last thing people need is a rude pharmacist. I really wanted to stick with this place but unfortunately the last interaction with Scott really made me mad. I'll be going to a different small town pharmacy. I will definitely miss Kathy, but Scott is something else and needs to retire.

Super friendly service. They remember you by name. Prescriptions are on time and ready. They answer phone right away, lines are short or non existent and provide other services you don't get elsewhere.

The staff here are always so friendly, helpful and efficient at getting your prescriptions to you fast. Prescriptions are refilled with a quick online form from my phone, then I pick them up the next day. I really appreciate their hard work, it makes my life so much easier.

So, I wanted to like this place, as I live in Holly and it's right up the road, and beside my doctor's office. It's a nice place, they offer good selection on handmade goods, and other american mad crafts and stuff. However, the front desk receptionists aren't familiar with medications at all. The one lady couldn't spell my medications at all, which is a little troubling. I called in, and one of them hang up on me. Then they told me I needed to call my insurance - which is fine. I asked if they had a phone number that was a direct line to the person they spoke with, and they just hung up on me.

All in all, I'm still going to use them - but I'm a little upset over my first experience with a hometown pharmacy.

Now, take this review with a grain of salt. I understand that their job is just to fill the medications that are requested and I get that. However, I just feel that they could be a little bit friendlier, and I really think they should stop hiring people who are not familiar with medications and their spelling.

THEY DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS IF THEY DON'T KNOW YOU! Absolutely horrible.
I haven't used a local pharmacy in quite some time and recently switched doctors. My fiancé referred me to this pharmacy because he uses this one every month to fill his prescriptions and told me how good they were about filling them. We do not live close to this place so it's quite a drive for him but he insisted they were worth it. So I went ahead and had my prescription faxed over to go ahead & establish myself & this pharmacy going forward. When I called about the script, I was basically yelled at by an older gentleman saying he wasn't filling any scripts from a doctor he didn't know, and when I tried to explain it was a local doctor just through an app & how it worked, he then proceeded to yell that he didn't even know who I was and wasn't on file.
Well obviously I could barely get a word in edge wise, & I was hung up on feeling absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated.
I would understand if I had been spoken to like a decent human being, however, this was not the case.
I only choose this pharmacy to give a small local business, well exactly that, my business. But they clearly don't want it & neither do I seeing as they don't know how to act professional!
I rarely leave bad reviews but this time was one I could not let go. You don't treat people like that.
Especially when in reality, this place has taken my money a time or two since I've paid for my fiancé prescriptions before. I've been in this place before with him, I wasn't exactly a stranger. Even if I was, it's highly unprofessional & extremely RUDE to talk to someone that way.

They​ fill your prescriptions fast and if I call refills in there ready in less then an hour, usually less then a half hour. There very happy & wonderful to the customer, there customer service is wonderful. They sell many different thing's, wooden trucks and train, snow globe's, women's scarfs that are very beautiful! They have candy for sale and many many many other things, as well as things you would normally find in a pharmacy. I just really love Holly Pharmacy because it's like a mom & pop store, and they usually know who you are! I actually found out today that they deliver and they don't charge you a delivery fee. The only thing you pay for is your prescriptions! That's so wonderful and convenient!!!!! Especially for people who don't drive!!!

This store is excellent for finding "made in the USA" gifts, which have become increasingly more difficult to find elsewhere. Some of these quality products are even made by area residents. There is no charge for gift wrapping. When I want gifts to send to friends who live in other countries, my search usually begins and ends here. The recipients have always expressed their appreciation for these fine gifts.
