I would give zero stars if I could. This dentist started out great at first and I was going in weekly to workingthrough all of my dental issues. I had a broken tooth that needed extracted but in the meantime the dentist sealed it shut to stop food from getting into it. She did not clean it first and told me to reach out if I needed antibiotics if it got infected. Well it did she gave me antibiotics but it was not a long enough dose to kill the infection. When I spoke with her to ask for a different type of antibiotic or a referral to someone to help I was directed to just go to the hospital. After her front desk woman Frannie was rude to me and wouldn't even let me talk to the dentist. She was catty and rude. At this point I was scared because the infection was in my gumline and sinus but I couldn't go get it extracted for another week. I went to the hospital and wracked up another $400 bill to just walk out with a simple prescription of antibiotics she could have given me since I was a LOYAL and regular patient. Long story short I got the tooth extracted but have had to have TWO sinus surgeries because of her negligence sealing the tooth shut before clearing it out. A professional should have known better. But the story gets better.. when I went to schedule for more dental work with her even though I was upset I was more worried about the rest of the fillings I needed and it's so hard to find another dentist quickly they told me they would call me back to schedule, no one did. I called a week later then was told they had an appointment a month out. I took it and was happy I could get it taken care of. Then after a month of waiting the day before the appointment I get a text saying my appointment need to be rescheduled and someone would reach out to me. No one did. I waited a few days and called in. The woman put me on hold then came back and said someone would have to calle back to get me scheduled. An hour later I get a call saying they will no longer treat me. I've never been treated with so much negligence and disrespect. Her front desk women are catty and they let their opinions influence their care for their patients. This is the MOST unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. I will continue to let people know they do NOT truly care about their patients.

I have anxiety especially going to the dentist! From the receptionists, the dental hygienist and Dr. Lopez, I felt at ease and very comfortable. It was a great experience and I'm glad I found a great Doctor and staff! I highly recommend Hollidaysburg Family Dentistry. Beautiful office, meticulously clean...calming atmosphere. Thank you for a great experience.

Maria, Annie, Courtney and Her Team,
I can only recognize and express the appreciation and gratitude for all they do with caring for your patients! The word CARE in the world of healthcare today, is not easy to find! I will not go to another provider for dental care as long as I’m in the state! The office is clean and beautiful! The rooms where you get your work done is also fantastic from heated chairs to massaging chairs!

Everyone was very pleasant. The dental office as a whole is very clean. My dental hygientist was very patient with me, and answered any questions I had. It was a wonderful experience for being a dental appointment.

I had an emergency because of a front tooth breaking off. Call the office and they were so kind and they were able to take me in that very day . Dr Lopez and her staff took care of my problem and I couldn't be happier with the results

I am incredibly anxious when it comes to my teeth (actually just life in general). Dr. Lopez and her amazing team go above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and calm. From the receptionists to the hygienists, everyone is friendly, empathetic, and kind. I can't say enough about how wonderful this practice is. I'm grateful to have found them!

The staff seems to change frequently. It seems I’m getting a new hygienist each visit. The staff is very friendly. My concern revolved around being told that I needed my wisdom teeth out. I took her referral and went to the oral surgeon who said he wouldn’t take them out because there wasn’t anything wrong with them. I don’t have dental insurance so I paid out of pocket for this visit. When I went for my next regular check up I was “scolding “ for not seeing the oral surgeon as she had told me to. I told her I had and he said there wasn’t anything wrong with my teeth. The dentist was not happy with that response. I then chose to switch dentists and my new dentist was shocked she had even suggested I needed my wisdom teeth out.
