I toured this facility a few weeks back and was so happy to see what a little gem it is. The staff were incredibly happy and pleasant and the patients were smiling in the hallways. It did not smell at all and there was always someone asking if I needed anything even when I went to the restroom. If you need a good facility to go to in Morgan Hill, this is the one for your loved one!

This facility is a beautiful hidden gem here in Morgan Hill, the staff are passionate, hard working and caring. The therapy department is knowledgeable and have created endless possibilities for their residents while preparing them to go home safely. While here residents are surrounded by a family-like environment and treated with respect and dignity.

First off the staff was friendly. However, that is simply not enough. My Mom degraded so much while under their "care" for about 4 weeks or so. The longer she stayed the worse she got. They would not follow my instructions, therapy was only 5 days a week and should be 7 days. Prior to going there she was able to get up, walk with her walker, being independent and spoke well. Now she's a total invalid and needs 24/7 care and very weak. If you care for your loved one, DO NOT send them to Hillview.

Want to thank the entire staff for their great care they have provided for my love one. Some went way out of their way to insure the appintments were kept with the hospital even though the hospital was negligent in providing them with the appointment date. Great service. Thank you for your loving care
