Throughout my experience for the past thirteen years with Adventist Health; I have found that their entire Network of Doctors, Practitioner's’,and dedicated Team of Staff, go above and beyond the standard definition of care. I grew up with Kaiser Permanente in Southern California, and experienced their care for over twenty five years. There is a stark difference between the level of genuine support for their Patients. If there is a problem; they care to repair it. They take every complaint seriously and find solutions so they don’t receive repeat complaints. You are not just a number here, you have a Name and a Life Story and you are Valued as an Individual; that’s a key ingredient for great heart medicine! To ‘Hope’ and beyond! ?

Very efficient staff. Yvette was my intake person and she's great. I originally met her through live-well and she has always made me feel special. Dr. Chatwin was very thorough and complete with her explanation of what was happening with my knees and both her and Jesus treated me with the utmost of care. I love these people. Adventist Health your staff are wonderful ❤️

Dr Tangkanika (Dr T) is an excellent doctor. I had seen him 2 yrs prior but life changes prevented me from following thru with his care at the time.
Plus his office in Clearlake is about 45minutes away from where I live. He only comes to Lakeport once a month I think so I would have had to wait til sometime in December to see him. He's a good guy. Speaks excellent English and well educated. I give him 5 out of 5 stars. The whole staff as well. Kind. Patient and respectful of my time.
That's a good thing. LISA G. PS - he seems to like Lake County cuz he's sticking around. We all know that's a Plus in a rural area. They come here for a bit - then split for greener pastures and or more $$$. Then WE are left hanging trying to find another new Dr....yuck. that gets old and tiring. Right ? My appointments are so briefs. My doctor doesn’t know or seem to care about knowing me either. I am not pleased with this new doctor & will request a new doctor. Please know he did nothing wrong professionally other than poor beside manner

I actually was at Hilltop to get assistance from my favorite physician. He is family medicine not cardiology. In spite of being 75 years old my heart is fine. I credit a lot of that to his support not only of my vegan lifestyle but to my newer Whole Food Plant Based diet and other healthy habits. However I have suffered from chronic insomnia for over 30 years and am still struggling. He has helped make this more bearable with his knowledge, support and compassion, including a recent referral to a sleep physician in this area.

First you seen Rebecca Rickert not Jon Rickert. My visit with Dr. Park was a good one as always. He always has a pleasant attitude and smile on his face. He is informative about what he wants me to do. I would refer him to any one looking for a cardiologist.

Lovely place. I personally was very pleased with the service I received, from beginning to end. The front desk, staff, nurses & of course the doctor I saw were excellent. They nurse was so sweet, she gave me a snack because I hadn’t eaten anything & was feeling a little dizzy. Dr. Fai was interested in my condition & willing to listen to all my questions & concerns. I’m so glad I found him! Now I’m looking forward to my healing & recovery, along with his help. I would definitely recommend this place to my family & friends
