I have never had such compassionate care from any medical provider. From the front desk to the phlebotomist to the infusion suite nurses to the Doctors, everyone is so accommodating and professional. They are with you every step of the way. And they want you to know that from the first meeting to the last! Highlands Oncology is an amazing team of doctors, nurses, researchers, social workers, and if they don’t have what you need, they will find it for you! I have been going to Highlands Oncology (Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville) since 2016 when I was diagnosed with a very aggressive triple negative breast cancer that was nothing like it was "supposed" to be. They didn't just treat my cancer. They fought along side me and took a very grim diagnosis and turned it into a testimony. They saved my life many times along the way as the treatments were often very hard on my body and they helped me out and gave me resources for all the other ways cancer attacked me and my family. They have been with me every step of the way through healing and treating the damage the cancer caused my body. I leave there feeling better than when I walked in. They mean it when they say to call them if you need anything at all. They will get you in or help get things taken care of. Best team ever. I am so thankful they are my team and that I get such an incredibly gifted, intelligent, kind, caring, state of the art, innovative, creative, dedicated, understanding, compassionate, dedicated, loyal, wonderful, friendly, generous, thoughtful, willing, curious, strong, sweet, funny, supportive, professional, etc group of specialists providing my care on so many levels. Much more than Oncology.

Dr. Esther is amazing!!! It's so nice to have a doctor really listen and not cut you off while talking. He was patient about reviewing my looong medical history and was open to my knowledge of Medicare. Finally... getting the Iron Infusions I need.
Was able to get in the same day I was called and told I was approved. Highlands is where to go!

Everyone was very nice. The nurse took her time explaining what they were going do. The doctor also explaining everything. It didn't take to long and I was on my way back home. Just want to thank everyone who was there that help. I was so scared going in, but they were there with answer to all my questions, etc. Thanks

I visited Dr. Joseph Ivy’s office for an after surgery check up this week, and as all of the other visits I’ve had here with Dr. Ivy, I was treated in a timely and very respectful manner. Dr. Ivy explained everything clearly to me and has always asked if I understood or had any questions. I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of those that assisted Dr. Ivy also.
