The reviews are a lie! My mom was sent here for medical rehabilitation after a toe amputation and after just 4 days was worse than when she arrived. She nearly lost her arm due to staff putting a tourniquet on her fistula to stop bleeding and left it on for over 10 hours. She screamed to have it removed but no one listened. Her call light was ignored nightly. The only help she would get is after she called me so I could call the front desk. They have psychiatric residents mixed with non-psych residents which is dangerous. They drugged her to keep her quite and could not tell me what they gave her and no documentation on what was given. The administration has no clue what really happens there. In 4 days I had countless meetings and they said they would address issues and nothing changed. She was rushed to emergency only after her dialysis team saw the condition she was in. I am 100% sure she would have been killed by the lack of skilled nursing care. They are a psychiatric dumping ground. The pictures on the web site are not at all accurate. The reviews are not accurate and this place is not be used by someone that needs medical attention. If you love your family DO NOT send them here.

I have been here for almost 4 months. I've been treated good. My wound care is the best in the industry. I've had a Wound Vac on since the first Tuesday. The doctor that comes in on Tuesdays had brought my wound down 70% and has intensive new skin growth. I was not happy with the physical therapy management. They are only interested in the money. They do have good physical therapy staff. The PT staff wants progress even though your wounds prevent it. Kitchen is fair, although I'm a vegetarian and tired of casadia's and beans. They have bought Tofu, vegetarian burgers, etc to accommodate me. Only soup that is vegetarian is Tamato. You will get imitations but it's chicken broth and watered down to disguise the chicken flavor. Nurse's and C&A's have been good. Don't expect to much dialog with the facility doctor. I do think the nursing staff is liked and they are well trained. There is always those one or two. Wound Doctor is a major plus. I recommend him and this facility.

--->>> make sure to look at the dates of most of the positive reviews.... many are from years ago when this facility was actually a top notch facility. Too bad they have never recovered from covid and continue to engage in unethical business practices.... I mean, if you'll go to the lengths of trying to remove negative reviews and then having your staff and clients post fake positive reviews to appear like a good facility.... what other corners are you cutting? Same old tricks.... maybe focus on patient care and fixing your building and then you'd get real positive patient reviews.

I was here from July 2020 to February 2021. I have been a long term resident at multiple facilities since Jan 2019 and NEVER had a problem until here.

The facility "got" Covid on 3 separate occasions while I was there... meaning, someone would get covid, it would spread, we would be locked down, the spread would then be contained, we would be cleared off any contagion, and then within weeks we would have it again.... we were treated like children or prisoners under lock and key. All access to family and friends was cut off, and not for safety reasons but so that they would not be able to see the conditions of the facility.

All of this is going on while management, yes - the "new" administration as well, are completely unable to run this facility. I not only have pictures as evidence of this, but videos and voice recordings as well.

The food is always cold, undercooked or burnt, and even moldy. I HAVE PICTURES.

The facility is FILTHY. The showers are NEVER clean and they always have poop in them. The rooms are not properly sanitized and they don't attempt to even try and clean the rooms. AGAIN, I HAVE PICTURES.

Patients are not given the 2 weekly showers a week. My roommate went 5 weeks once without one. There was a time during one of the outbreaks of covid that there were no showers even available, due to how the isolated the sick on the only hall that had the showers. I HAVE PROOF.

The absolute disregard for patient safety and care is actually quite scary. Call lights go unanswered for a hour or more, I used to help change my roommate because they would let her sit in her own urine and then come in and not even change the bedsheets. The state came to investigate and when they spoke with me, she told me that it doesn't matter that they want to shut them down, they absolutely cannot due to the covid situation.

CNA hours are faked to meet state requirements. Instead of giving actual Care, Grace has her CNA's stay on the clock in the break room so she can show the state the minimum hours. There is massive amounts of fraud going on here; including insurance fraud - they billed my insurance for unused services and it's being investigated; and considering the fact that the corporate Cambridge Health has been in insurance fraud litigation since 2017, this shouldn't be too surprising.

(9/22/2018)We had the best experience in this care center. The staff are really very helpful and kind and caring. The PT/OT were incredible! They know what they're doing and I'm glad that we transferred my granma to this place.
The administration and social worker were working hard to keep the assistance quality as high as needed.
The food was good too and they will give you things you need from the kitchen-let's say Prune juice- even if you ask for it in the middle of the night and despite the kitchen being closed.
The medication was on time, the housekeeping cleaned up the room everyday and if you have any concerns, you could tell the administration or social worker about it.
They provide a decent place for companion. And they really take good care of the patients.
I highly recommend this place.

Edit 1: when we were admitted here a year ago, it had 5 stars and highly recommended this place!
Now I see many negative reviews which is upsetting! I think they either changed their management or the good staff has left the facility.
It’s a shame anyway... A year ago I could say this place was the best rehab around there, but I think it’s not the same anymore...

DO NOT SEND YOU LIVED INE HERE! My mother developed pneumonia after only 7 days. There was no one encouraging her to eat or drink, thus led to her being malnourished and highly dehydrated. Also, she had just had a hip replacement and the incision was infected when she got to the emergency room ( 7 days). My family had to call 911 when we went to feed her one morning, she was not responding to any one, she could not open her eyes. As soon as we got to the emergency room, they said they had to admit her. The staff at this place is horrible, not just to the patients, but to the family. Again, DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
