The doctor I saw (Janesh Gosai) palpates you without even saying he's about to and uses his stethoscope to physically move your breasts out of the "way."

Also, fun fact, I came in for gastrointestinal issues and he kept trying to give me weight loss advice.

His overall bedside manner was extremely zombie like and deeply uncomfortable. Barely seemed to register anything I said at all. Just completely hollowed out.

I’ve been here several times and the service is very unprofessional. I recently wasn’t feeling well, got tested for Covid and the results took over 2 hours. They never called like they said they would so I was waiting around all morning. The staff is young and very unprofessional. Don’t go to the nurse practitioner or the staff in back that administer Covid tests

The staff was nice however there was no privacy as all of the doors to the exams rooms were left open. which was extremely uncomfortable when they went to lift up my shirt to do the exam! i heard all of the other patients personal info regarding his appointment and he definitely heard mine too. also NEITHER of the professionals seeing me WASHED THEIR HANDS or used hand sanitizer before touching my body! i even had to ask the nurse who was taking my blood to wear gloves because she was about to do it with no gloves and again WITHOUT washing hands or using sanitizer!! It felt so gross because they were just done seeing one patient and onto the next without sanitizing. and i waited almost an hour to be seen by anyone.

I was recommended by a friend to go to the Greentree High Field Urgent Care after falling ill. I tested positive for Covid, they treated me and I was feeling better within a 24 hour period. After not being able to shake a low grade fever, I returned for follow up and was extremely pleased with the care I received. I was treated and given care instructions and was feeling MUCH better soon after my appointment. I can't express enough the gratitude I feel towards everyone who works at the urgent care. Everyone was VERY helpful and attentive. I could really tell that they all cared about the work they were doing to help people and were very intent on taking care of each and every patient. I had tried to get care with my primary care physician when I fell ill, (Heritage Valley in Robinson) and they said they would not be able to see me. They told me to take a home test and quarantine. Needless to say, I am changing my primary care facility. If you are looking for old fashioned care you can count on, this is the place.

The staff is exceptional, pleasant and professional. My wife had tested positive for Covid earlier so I took her in for a Monoclonal Infusion while there a staff member recommended I be tested despite having tested negative in the am at home. I tested positive and so we both had the infusions. The staff could not have been more professional or more pleasant.

I went to High Field for a rapid COVID test and was highly impressed with the process and the customer service I received. The staff was so friendly and took the time to go over the results with me. The online process for obtaining a test was easy and I was emailed right back with an appointment time. The results came back while I was in the parking lot just 20 minutes after they swabbed my daughter's nose. I will definitely return to High Field in the future. Thank you High Field for offering this service. I wish more Urgent Cares around the city would offer this convenient service.

The level of care and service at this facility far exceeded my expectations. Each and every staff member was caring, compassionate, helpful, and went above and beyond to care for each patient and their family. Dr. Gosai is a Godsend. I truly believe that if we had not met him, our family member would not have survived his battle with Covid Pneumonia. I highly recommend Dr. Gosai and our debt of gratitude for him and this staff is beyond what words can say. I wish all medical facilities were as amazing as this one is!

I’ve been to this clinic twice now. They always greet me with a smile and ask how I’m doing along with family that goes there. They take the time to have a conversation about what is going on and are always super thorough. They order the appropriate tests to ensure they are not bypassing anything. They have the appropriate testing equipment all in the same building so you don’t have to go elsewhere. What I love most about their staff is how caring they are. From the nursing assistants, techs, nurses, NPs and MDs -they always explain what they are doing and why. I wish there was a questionnaire I could fill out to recognize how great the staff has been to me - so I figured a google review would be best! I hope the owner of the clinic reads this and recognizes all of their hard work 🙂
