If you don't take most (90℅) of your classes there you WILL NOT GET INTO THE NURSING PROGRAM. I was pretty much told that in orientation. That makes me not eligible because I took majority of my classes at WCCCD.

I met all the requirements and got denied twice!! They don’t make it clear to you before you spend all your money taking classes that you might not ever get in the program. It all depends on the pool of people you apply with. It’s nonsense and it’s not fair. Then all they tell you is take some more classes and cross your fingers for the next deadline. You are never guaranteed a place in their program even after you do everything they say and then some. You don’t even get put to the top of the list for waiting until the next pool goes in. I wasted so much time and money with hfcc and got absolutely nothing out of it except a bunch of loans and college credits towards a program that they won’t even let me in.
