I had anatomical replacement of my right shoulder and was encouraged to see Matt for post op physical therapy. What a great decision!!! I have needed PT several times in my life and have always went to a corporation type of rehab services. Matt’s practice is such a refreshing change….one on one for an entire hour is a “game changer” when you are PT client. My individual needs and goals were the focus with each session. He was always positive and patient. His knowledge and ability to increase my awareness of my personal rehab journey keep me moving in the right direction.
Finally, having his office in the YMCA enhances progress of the rehab experience both during an individual session and , if you have a membership, between appointments. I would, and do, recommend him to anyone in need of physical therapy!!

Mat was great - very friendly and helpful! He helped me with my inflamed knee when I could barely walk, and now I am back to cycling and walking every other day. He even took the time to give me tips on improving my back as well. Just a great guy, and physical therapist!

I presented Matt with very odd symptoms. He worked very hard to try to figure out what was going on. He offered some very good suggestions. I can say my spasms in my thighs have gone away. My husband had triple bi-pass surgery. It was successful and my spasms have gone away. Was it all in my head Don't think so. I truly appreciated all the time and support that Matt gave to me.

Matthew Henninger is an exceptional physical therapy who is the best-of-the-best in his field. I have had several physical therapists over my 71 years, and he represents the most professional in his chosen profession. First, Matthew is an excellent listener; he then models and has his clients practice recommended physical exercises. He has an office at our local YMCA where the equipment can be operated. Additionally, Matthew devotes himself to his client for the whole hour. His knowledge is greatest tool!

Since I came to him with a hip out-of-alignment, he massaged and gave me 5-6 recommended exercises during each visit. I was able to get my strength back within a reasonable time.

I’ve done knee replacement PT with Mat and pelvic floor PT with Angelina. Both have provided excellent care. Having had PT at other practices, I have especially appreciated the individualized care Mat and Angelina offer where I see the same person for each visit. They did a great job of assessing what I needed at each visit and adapted the treatment to ensure I made progress. This was my second knee replacement and this recovery has gone infinitely better than the first. And thanks to Angelina’s care, my pelvic floor issues are improving such that I am avoiding surgery! I heartily recommend Henninger Physical Therapy!
