Don't bother calling, they don't answer the phones. Ever. Don't bother with their call back option either, a machine calls you and no one ever answers you. If you need an appointment you have to drive all the way there to ask for one. Super weird why they have a receptionist because she will literally NEVER answer the phone for you. EVER. And NEVER EVER call you back. Ridiculous. Why even have a phone number? Just as bad as MHMR in Centerville, they don't answer phones or call back either. If you need help, go to Bryan, they actually have to work in that city. No one here does their job.

Been on hold and call back for over hour. Centerville isn't a big city with thousands of people to get in here. I was willing to give this clinic a try but after reading some of the reviews and what I have experienced I think I will call Madisonville clinic office.

First impression. Not a friendly front desk person. She was talking with other staff when I walked in. No friendly greeting just “ your name?” An immediate red flag. 2nd impression. The technician taking vitals and recording history was friendly. 3rd impression. PA was adequate but was not impressed with treatment plan. Will visit another Clinic

Every time I have been here, it is clean. The staff on my visits have been kind, polite and efficient. There isn't a doctor, but the PA, Shirley Baker, seems knowledgeable and considerate. I like the fact that they have a lab and the technician is great. Great place to go for shots, check-ups, and referrals.

Arrived at opening time, they got me right in. Heavy earwax buildup...ugh. It was difficult to remove but they didn't give up. Oh my goodness, they were awesome and they are my heroes. The building was clean and the staff were personable. Overall it was a very good experience.

Place was clean but no bedside manner. I felt like I was more of a bother and didn't really act like they wanted to help or even hear my problems. Just kinda acted irritated for the whole visit they were getting paid for. I don't know it was just strange to me but I won't be going back.

Wait time is 2+ hours.

Clinic is horridly dirty (they put us in a filthy room that the nurse said hadn't been cleaned or disinfected from the last patient).

Questions are not answered, concerns are literally laughed off.

The room they put us in was stifling hot, and we had to wait there with the door shut for 2 hours. They told us the AC was broken, but it seemed to work fine when the "doctor" complained about how hot it was.

We were waiting to be helped and I saw TWO nurses/desk ladies playing games on their phone.

Literally THE WORST clinic I've ever been to.
