Great Staff HOWEVER This places is so gross and out of date and is basically unsafe. I have never seen a facility like this before and l have worked at many also out of supplies often and the “clean” linen doesn’t look too clean to me… Have respect for your family and send them somewhere more dignified.

This is Ruben, my wife Silvia was at the facility and recieved outstanding care, from all doctors specialty Dr. Banyard the skilled wound care, let me mention that all RN and Asistants wear very profession in their duties, a special thanks to Dr.Jane and all of her staff at the front desk.

I am appalled at the negative comments some of the families are posting about this Facility. I am very thankful that my 38 year old Son was sent here after a serious brain injury. Everyone is so very friendly and will go out of their way to please. My Son has progressed so well. He will be going home to Georgia really soon.

My grandpa had the best care in this facility. The environment was friendly and safe for both patients and visitors. Due to the consistent rehab sessions he was able to regain his strength back and come back home in 2 weeks. Definitely recommend this facility in the future.

I am giving it 4 stars because of the staff. They have been very kind to my 38 year old son who is there. He was placed here until we could get him closer to home in Hemet. He is in a 3 bed room and the quarters are very tight. My son cannot speak because of a tracheotomy but the nurses are very patient with him. Actually, they said he one of there best patients and they don't want him to go.

My name is Michelle Carrasco and my mom Patricia Jordan is in this subacute. I just want to thank Taylor the social worker for making everything go smooth. I also want to thank all the nurses RN Wound Care Nurses and the RT and the CNA. I want you to know I appreciate you all so much. You really do your job and make aure my mom is well taken care of. I recommend this subacute to anyone who has to have a loved one in a subacute. I just got say thanks enough. You all are true heros.
