To help me with spinal fusion post-op recovery, the Agency sent Amrita Patel for regular physical therapy sessions. I was very impressed right from the first day how knowledgeable and caring Amrita was. She was very attentive to all my needs and was able to always find a solution or make a good suggestion whether it was a piece of equipment for the house to make my post-surgery life easier or a specific exercise to alleviate pain here and there. Even though she has a busy schedule and works with many patients, I never felt she was rushing; she would always spend as much time as needed with me. Overall, Amrita is a dedicated, hardworking professional and I was very fortunate to have her as my physical therapist.

The whole experience with Health Link has been wonderful for my parents after my dad had been in the hospital. The call center has been communicative, friendly and accommodating. The initial nurse visit was very pleasant and easy. We are particularly grateful of Ulysses. He’s a very professional Physical Therapist who handled my dad’s care with humor. His attention to the details of my dad and his home environment was impressive. He was prepared, clear, and thorough. We’re grateful that Ulysses made it easy for my dad to be even more motivated to get better, because he took the time to educate my parents. The positive experience with Health Link Home Health is what we hoped it would be. Thank you for helping transition my parents to a new home lifestyle post hospitalization.

After breaking my hip, I had no idea what to expect with my recovery from surgery and PT. Health Link provided me with wonderful, caring and knowledgeable therapists. Amrita helped tremendously with my recovery.

The staff in general was very professional, but were also courteous and warm hearted. They treated me with respect. I think of all of them as angels of mercy.

Carolyn handled the adminstrative duties, and was quite proactive in getting the services and medical supplies I needed; she was awesome at getting things done very promptly. She successfully managed to get me the wound care I very much needed.

Makayla handled most of the nurse visits for my wound care. She has very gentle hands, and a very pleasant nature. If I ever need home nurse visits again, I would ask for her personally.

The therapy staff was also exceptional:
Ryan, my physical therapist has a nice sense of humor, which helped to motivate me, and stay interested in the therapy exercises. He gave practical suggestions to help me overcome my physical weaknesses. Thank you Ryan for a very good job!

Natalya, my speech therapist have me a practical work list to help improve my speech, which I am following. My family has said they have noticed a significant improvement.

Joy, my occupational therapist, has started me in on the path for exercises to help alleviate the issues with my carpal tunnel in right hand, of which I have noticable improvement. Also she made a number of practical safety suggestions in our home.

He was always here at the time he specified, provided Excellent care, and very patience. He even made an extra visit upon my request. This is my review for Makayla, LVN. Makayla has been coming to my home for several months to do wound care. She’s always very professional, efficient and friendly. She always follows the doctor’s orders. She’s always very sweet, and with her ready smile she’s a breath of fresh air. She’s become a friend as well as a nurse. I always enjoy her visits. She’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ nurse! I highly recommend her.

I am so happy with my Physical therapist, Ulysses, DPT. He was very kind, nice, respectful, he taught me a lot. He was always on time and I was able to use all he taught me every day. He was not pushy. He taught me to listen to my body. My family and I were very grateful for him , and all he did to help me get better and improve.
