Jennie Spears is one of the most wonderful, down to earth, compassionate, funny and easy to talk to providers I’ve ever had. I came to her in a mental health crisis and she listened to me and got me on track to becoming a healthier and better me. I recommend this clinic to all of my friends and loved ones. This was my first time using the Health First Clinic (I was seen for an urgent care issue). They were able to get me in very quickly! I was quite impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable and efficient they were. My provider was Jennie Spears and she was lovely! The clinic is also very clean.

Dr. House has been my GP for over a decade. Quite simply he is one of the kindest, caring and considerate Physician I have ever had. The rest of the staff has always been efficient and kind when it comes to my intake and followups.

I highly recommend them. All the doctors there and Jennie Spears are great. I just love how they treat you like a person and they take the time to answer all your questions. If you don't understand something they take the time to explain it to you. Plus when your sick and you call they do there best to work you in the same day.

The care was good, which is most important to me. The coding/billing was shady. My husband and I went to get our annual checkups, it was our first time visiting this specific office. We both have the same insurance and we both asked for the same general health panel that we request every year; which our insurance covers and considers "preventative." The diagnostics company claims both sets of panels were coded differently, making my bill higher. My husband received more tests than me, so that doesn't make any sense. The office claims they were both coded the same. I ended up just eating the cost because I was tired of going back and forth with the office, billing specialist, and Quest. Someone somewhere made extra money off of us. 😉

Also, why is COVID test $40, when the government supplies them for free?

Such a wonderful place to receive medical care. Everyone treated me as an individual, listened to my circumstances, and responded with compassion. Professional yet warm and with a family atmosphere. I spent a week looking for a good center in the greater NWA area and was having a hard time finding a place that met our needs, let alone in Carroll County. When I called to explain my circumstances they saw me same day. The care and attention I received was genuine, the whole experience made me feel welcome and respected. Plus, really kid friendly. I came in as a walk-in and will be coming back for primary care.

Everyone was very welcoming, Mrs. Spears is efficient, she listens and is very down to earth, not just towards me but also my children. This is not your average family health clinic, because Spears and her nurse, really took the time with me and my children. There was no feeling of being rushed. They treat the “whole person” not just medically but emotionally as well. I feel relieved to finally have access to quality healthcare in this area for me and my family.
