My 9 y/o son was seen and treated for an ear infection over the holiday weekend. The staff were very courteous and kind. Dr Rice was kind and attentive and we felt very confident in his evaluation. The office was clean, comfortable and accessible. We are very thankful to have had access to this care team. Thank you!

I visited the clinic for a suspicious growth or insect bite on my upper chest. I was going to contact my dermatologist to have a look at it but they would not have an appointment opening for 3 months!! The health center was very friendly and attentive to my concern and professional to me. So I payed a 40 dollar co-pay and gave my insurance information to them. The female practitioner was very nice and honest and spent a total of 4 minutes with me only to tell me to make an appointment with a dermatologist and called in some antibiotics to a pharmacy. My concern with this matter is how much will my insurance company will be billed for this very short consult ? I wish to know this for future reference and piece of mind.

Truly one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. Staff are incredible, helpful, kind, understanding and non judgmental. I walked in, was seen quickly, got my x-ray, got my diagnosis and went on my way in less than 30min. Staff provided me information and contacts for further care and offered great advice.

Was so excited that no one there. I was sure I’d be in and out. Well they switched to another another hospital. It took ages before they asked a million questions. Finally the PA ( I think ) and they wouldn’t treat me. My feet were very swollen. “Oh I can’t treat that. She said she we wouldn’t be able to treat me no suggestion what to do. I suggested lasix. Just a terrible waste of my time.

Very helpful if you need a local clinic & quick service. I mostly use them for urgent infections, and save the more complex, long-term issues for my primary care doctor. Still, this clinic has definitely come in handy for me over the years.

Kim and Lynn were so kind and helpful on the phone and at check in at the front desk. Craig was so efficient and so respectful with taking notes, my vitals, and my X-rays. Joyce was so wonderful in all ways: listening to me, answering questions and explaining results, and was knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Recently visited for physical/drug test as required for USCG Captain’s license renewal. Staff took us in quickly (minimal wait mid-morning on a Saturday). The team was kind and courteous. Jose and Sue efficiently completed all necessary procedures and documentation. If you need to renew your Captain’s license I would highly recommend this location - they made it easy and low stress!

Thorough, kind, smart, superb care from the moment I walked through the door. I had been experiencing symptoms for 3 weeks and NP, Hoover, and Technician, Craig, set me up on a course to recovery in 50 minutes. Highly recommend Health Express, Plymouth.

On a personal note, seeing Mike’s framed tribute upon entry was wonderful and emotional. He was one of the founders of Health Express. His vision and dedication to urgent care far exceeded expectations. Very proud to say I had the honor to know Mike and appreciate his fantastic sense of humor!! A true hero whose legacy will last longer than his short life.
