New in town and they helped with such open arms and ease. I am only here for the season but it's important for me to stay on my rx regiment. CVS is usually my Pharmacy back home. Up here, CVS is a joke. Mean. Not helpful. Could care less. I am grateful. Y'all work hard and it's shown here at the Health Center Pharmacy.

Edited to add this. I've been coming here for about 20 years. Joe has always been professional, honest, and trustworthy. Only once in 2015 did I have a problem with a prescription. It was 43 pills shy. When I took the package back, he did some checking and agreed that there was a miscount. He made it right. Mistakes do happen. But we recently had a situation that now makes me question all that.

My wife picked up a 90 pill prescription yesterday. She took one pill from the bottle and proceeded to count them, and the bottle was two pills shy. So there were 87 pills, plus the two missing pills and the one she took totaling 90 pills. So I counted the bottle, and there were 87 pills. We took it to him today with the 87 pills and told him he only gave her 88 pills yesterday. So he took them and counted them with the pill counter. Then he said he had to make a call. He came back and said there were 88 pills in the bottle. I said no, there are 87. He said he insisted there were 88. So I counted them yet again, right there, and there were 87. So I told him yet again that there were 87 when he insisted there were 88. He seemed apathetic of the situation and insisted he counted correctly. When I asked him to count them again because I knew first hand he was incorrect, he said... "I don't have time to count them again." He did offer my wife one pill to fix the situation. I told him 2 were missing. He said no to that, and we walked with zero remedy to his mistake. Honestly, I could care less about replacing one or two missing pills. I was more concerned that he was not concerned. Either the pill counter is working improperly or something shady is going on.

I have probably picked up several hundred prescriptions of all types here over 20 years. I do not believe in coincidences. To me, it is strange that the only two times there was a problem with prescriptions were with a pain management prescription. And both had a miscount in their favor. Both times. I mean, do the math, statistically what are the chances?

We just transferred our prescriptions to another pharmacy due to the mistakes this place has made recently. But more than the mistakes, the apathy by the owner toward these issues is disturbing.

Bought a box of waterproof blister bandages and got back to the hotel room to find the box was empty. It wasn't worth driving back and arguing with the pharmacist to return it for my $3.79.

Although a shelf tag added beside the price tag noted one of the items I purchased is FSA eligible, they do not accept FSA cards for payment and do not provide an itemized receipt to submit to the FSA for reimbursement.

They did have a surprisingly wide variety of items.

I will be reporting the health center pharmacy to the BBB for price gouging. The price for a binax now rapid covid test is around 23$ just about everywhere. The most expensive I could find was 30$. But at this place it costs $54.95 that is just absurd and to gouge someone for something like this is not just unethical but simply evil.

Out of town guest in the area and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Took just a couple minutes to get prescription ready. The pharmacy store has many items and snacks to choose from. Would visit again when in the area.
