I have been to perhaps a half dozen PT facilities over the past 30 years, for a variety of issues. None have compared with Hayes PT. Christine and her team have been exceptional. Ryan Strain has been so professional, thorough and mindful, and has helped me to address and successfully resolve a variety of physical conditions, as well as guide me to work on my own for continued physical health and betterment. They seem to incorporate their PT with some of the things chiropractors and massage therapists do. I’ve seen how they treat all their patients with care and positive attitude. All of the above has helped me to improve drastically.

I can’t say enough positive things about Hayes Physical Therapy and my therapist Ryan. I had a very challenging recovery from knee replacement surgery for a variety of reasons, and Ryan patiently worked me through my recovery, session after session. I am very grateful for his integrative approach and compassion, even when he was working me hard! The therapists, PT aides and Stacy at the front desk were all very friendly and accommodating.

The Physical Therapists are wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Everyone in the office is kind and quick to respond to any issues. Friendly reminders to texts are helpful and they make every effort to accommodate scheduling. The practice is patient centric, very personal and always watching you. You are never left alone. It is a kind, supportive and relaxed environment. I have been to many different practices and I have never been so happy. I feel safe and most importantly everyone truly cares.

Sarah from Hayes Physical Therapy in Paoli is an excellent therapist. This was my best and most successful experience with PT. Sarah is attentive, very knowledgeable and focused. Within a month after a sports injury, I was back playing again with no pain and lots of new knowledge and exercises that will enable me to maintain my strength and flexibility.

I came to Hayes PT with a reinjured disc and chronic lower back issues. I was having trouble walking at times and doing basic activities such as putting on shoes. As a competitive golfer, athlete, and active Mom of 3, I had previously tried several PT practices and Hayes is unlike anything I’ve experienced. Chris and her team are the definition of dedicated, knowledgeable, and cutting edge. Chris and her team have worked together to support my back over the past 4 months with the use of the Neubie and Class IV laser in conjunction with multiple exercises and manipulations. These are therapies unlike any other in our area and they are impressive. I have made a terrific amount of progress and have gotten back to some of the activities that mean the most to my family and I hope to have a successful golf season. I would recommend the group highly as Chris is the most talented and determined therapist I have met. Thanks.

This was the first time I went to Physical Therapy for my knee. I worked with Ryan, who introduced me to the Newbie. The concept was new to me and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I can safely say that it did the trick ! That and the exercises that Ryan worked through with me. I not only came away, feeling that my knee was all better, but I had a wonderful time during the experience. Ryan was great to work with, and the office is always cheerful and busy. This is not the first time that I’ve been to Physical Therapy, and I will always go back when I have issues. At the end of each treatment, I have felt healed!

I was apprehensive going to physical therapy because I had this ongoing back pain but no particular injury and wasn’t sure how I could be helped. I am incredibly thankful for Hayes Physical therapy. I mostly worked with Iain who was absolutely amazing. From my first assessment I was very impressed with his detective skills in figuring out what was wrong and how to make it better. Within just a couple of sessions I was noticing so much improvement in my pain. Iain is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, caring, and overall just an excellent therapist! I also had one session with Ryan who was also awesome. Maddie was always a big help too! You truly feel like family and so very well taken care of at Hayes. I can’t thank you all enough for helping me feel so much better. Iain even wrote me a take home program to continue feeling my best! I will recommend everyone to this practice, they truly are the best.

Invest in this practice for the sake of your health. This is the third time I have visited this practice for treatment of pain and limited mobility over the past 10 years. I would never go elsewhere. Chris Hayes always recruits friendly and reliable staff who practice physical therapy with a high degree of competency. The second advantage is her research and use of additional pain management and rehabilitation tools like the ‘diowave’ laser treatment. This is the second time it has been used to treat my pain and has worked successfully. My advice is not to visit the other Physical Therapy services (which I have done and has been a waste of time and money), but to go straight to Hayes Physical Therapy for an assessment and treatment.
