I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. We recently moved my mom from another community, and the difference has been night and day. The staff here is truly wonderful—they go above and beyond for the residents.

Every time we walk in, they greet us personally and make us feel welcome. More importantly, the care staff takes a genuine interest in my mom. Instead of just completing tasks quickly, as we experienced before, they take the time to get to know her as a person.

The cost is in line with where we came from, but the quality of care and attention she receives makes all the difference. We couldn’t be happier and truly feel we’re getting our money’s worth.

My husband and I needed a place to live while in the process of building a home and we were very fortunate to find an apartment at Havenwood. The property is very well maintained inside and outside. Our apartment was very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide so many activities throughout the week and on the weekends also. They have their own restaurant and deli. The food is awesome. We highly recommend the living lifestyle at Havenwood.

I do not reccomned sending your loved ones here. I have had a horrible time working with them to accommodate my grandmother. Their care plan is outrageous and is not worth the money. She is paying over 4,000 dollars a month and is receiving very minimal care. It’s very sad to see how depressed she has gotten since being there. I talked to a staff member there who was extremely rude and acted as if it was a burden for her to check on my grandmother when it's her JOB!!
I understand it may be annoying to remind her of things frequently but she deserves staff that makes an effort to communicate with her. Overall I’m very disappointed with how this experience has gone and hope to prevent it from happening to more families who have an elderly loved one.

The management team at Havenwood is exceptional. They truly provide the small town warmth in their interactions with residents and guests, even when I know they have had a difficult day. As a former Director for a senior community, I understand the issues going on behind the scenes, yet the team never lets it show while serving others.

My Mom moved into Havenwood a month ago. I have nothing but great things to say. The welcoming and kind staff, the amenities and design of the building to the amazing services they provide, especially with the option to stay in her apartment for assisted living services if needed. The process of moving her was seamless as well. Everything has been amazing! The best part is that my Mom is so happy at Havenwood.

My mother lives in Havenwood and loves all the amenities they provide.She enjoys bingo,cards, exercise classes, crafts, the library, but most importantly the fabulous staff and great residents. The staff is outstanding. They make an effort to know all the residents and are always so friendly and welcoming. Havenwood has been outstanding and is highly recommended to anyone.

Havenwood is a haven--wonderfully friendly people, splendid apartment units, important and practical attention to detail, great views, no claustrophobic hallways or smells of cooking, all presented in a professional, warm and engaging way. From the attention to the detail of light in the apartment to the wide hallways, Havenwood has been designed for people to thrive in a community, which was expertly presented. Havenwood offers everything: superb apartments, stunning communal space, outdoor views, and most, important, care without worry. I look forward to joining the people there.

They have more than doubled the rates for cares in the last year. They changed cooks and the food is not as good. The good RA’s have left due to other staff and being overworked. I’ve complained to old and new management and nothing has been done. It’s worse. My mother is paying a ridiculous amount of money for care she isn’t getting. We used to love it. It’s extra upsetting BECAUSE we loved it and it’s gone downhill and is so expensive. We have to find a new place for my mom after she made friends with the other residents and got comfortable. Sad, frustrated, and now angry.
