Dena the Dietary Manager has gone way out of her way to accommodate Mary Badwey’s requests for storing her special food items that she needs to eat.!! Mary brings food from home and is very particular about what she can eat in her special diet.

the 5 star reviews of this god awful establishment have to be from family that don’t visit on a daily basis. If you love your family member do not bring them here unless you want them to be NEGLECTED and STOLEN from. My grandfather was denied vital medications, refusal to see his oncologist, denied him his inhaler (VITAL for his COPD) bedside and was told to hit the call button whenever he needed it but staff consistently doesn’t answer a call light for 20 mins…, had to be transferred to the ER and when asking about other options even the hospital staff in charge of nursing home placement said “under no circumstances do you want your family in the haven of cottonwood” when he unfortunately was forced to return his belongings had been rifled though and watch had been stolen! Staff is worn thin and CANT provide adequate care due to overload of patients and lack of support. Staff has turned cold. They use the CNA trainees as full fledge care providers with no supervision or direction i know this because I WAS ONE OF THEM a few years ago!!! an absolutely cruel place. complaint has been sent to state nurse board.

My sister received care at Haven Health after a two week stay in the hospital. We were fairly nervous about finding a care facility that would meet her needs and our standards. Pleasantly, we want to say that my sister was well cared for by professional and nice staff. My sister said everyone working there knew her name, were attentive and communicated clearly with her family. The facility was clean and comfortable. Bravo to all the Haven Health staff (including whoever came in and gave pedicures and manicures.) Thank you so very much!!

The Haven of cottonwood is the best, all the employees are at the top of there game . The activities director is awesome and her name is ginger. They all treat you like a person, great person to know.

My friend got admitted to this facility and we are very pleased with the well rounded quality of care she received. The activities crew went out of their way to give her things to do while we were gone. She received excellent care from the therapy staff. And nursing was always willing to give her the care and medical support she needed. The only fault of this facility is the communication between staff - we often felt left in the dark about decisions/processes. Overall a wonderful place to be though.

My father stayed here for about 3 months and one person who was always kind and happy to help was a girl named Ginger she would stop what she was doing just to help and I greatly appreciated it
