This is a long overdue review for my husband’s 100 day stay at Harvard Creek Post Acute Rehabilitation.
When he arrived at the facility he was unable to do anything on his own. He was completely bed ridden and had to rely on the dedicated staff for his every need. After his time allotted was over he was able to walk out of Harvard Creek and manage all of his needs on his own. The therapists worked with him daily concentrating on mobility, coordination, speech and the ability to eat, and swallow. We were so pleased with my husband’s recovery and rehabilitation which was only made possible due to the high standards, ongoing attention and dedication put forth by everyone employed with Harvard Creek Post Acute. They were very accommodating, understanding and patient with all of our questions and requests and treated my husband with kindness, dignity and respect. Thank you everyone we will be forever grateful!!!

When I called for the first time when looking for a rehab home for my mom, I spoke with Janet. Janet gave me the confidence that my mother would be in good hands. At first we were allowed to spend the night with our mom. My sister, brother, and I visited my mother every day during the four months she was in rehabilitation. Every single day we witnessed the care the staff has for their patients. Including cleaning, feeding those unable to feed themselves. The physical therapy staff were also very good with helping my mom with her rehab. Overall the care and needs were met in a timely manner by the nursing staff. On top of all this I witnessed the love, hugs and care the staff has for their patients. If I could give 10 stars I would. Brenda E.

My father was recently a resident at Harvard Creek post acute Center in Covina. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of him, getting him back to his better strength and having the patience to work with him and getting him up walking and giving him the confidence he needed , the day and night shift staff were outstanding always there to care for him with patients working with all the staff in the office was amazing and made it so much easier for me. Not to worry when I had to leave them behind I knew he was in good hands. I even asked my dad one day. Don’t you want get better to go home? He smiled and said Well I’m pretty comfortable here. Everyone is really nice. I could not thank them enough. Staff always kept communication open the whole time he was there 20 days I truly appreciate this place and all that work in this facility nursing and office staff are amazing. I cannot say enough good about this place. I am forever. Grateful.

This facility is great! My father has been in other nursing facilities, but Harvard Creek blows them out of the water. The staff is constantly communicating with my family with regards to his care, and are quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The therapists try to keep him engaged throughout their sessions which is amazing.

Harvard Creek has been a five star facility in caring for my mom.The staff and nurses have gone above and beyond in order to meet my mom’s needs in making her feel cared for, loved, and at peace while rehabilitating and being away from home. Nona, the Director of Nursing, has been wonderful in advocating on behalf of patients here at Harvard Creek. I have experienced a staff that is friendly, attentive, and becomes like family to their patients. I would recommend Harvard Creek to anyone who is looking for a place for rehabilitation for a loved one.

Harvard Creek is a great facility. I had an aunt residing there and I couldn’t have been happier with the care and compassion she received. My aunt was very particular with her meals and the staff was very accommodating to her in making sure she always had something she liked. The cna’s were very patient feeding her, and tending to her. The nurses are very knowledge and helpful when needed. It is a very clean and well managed facility.

This place is horrible. Their service is poor. Only positive from this place is their therapist are great and offer great help. The nurses take a while to respond. There was a lady next to my mom there and she’d be asking for help and help with the restroom. The staff ignored her and didn’t try to comfort or assure her. The lady passed away, and two of the nurses were talking and said to leave it for the next shift to worry about it and they both said they have each others backs if they were to be questioned. They have left my mother in her feces on 2 ocasiones both over a 40 minute waiting period. My mother had rashes and they told her they ran out of the cream they use for her rashes. When leaving I heard a lady screaming for help and that she was in pain.. weather she did that or not no on went to tend to her. Don’t send your loved ones here if you don’t have to.

Wanted to express how satisfied I was with the experience at this location. The staff members are awesome. I knew what this facility was like before the DON NONA came here. Nona has done an amazing job with this facility. Staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about patients. I would definitely continue to use Harvard Creek with the care of my family members.
