I brought my 2.5 year old son to Dr. Saini for his first ever dental visit. I put this appointment off for several months because of the “eventful” twos stage. It was a pretty pleasant visit even given my son not wanting to fully participate. The assistant that cleaned his teeth was super personable and knowledgeable, and Dr. Saini was amazing! He has such a welcoming and patient bedside manner and is all around a cool guy. Love this office and would highly recommend!!

I always have a great experience. Today was the first time I combined my boys' visits. One of my boys has Autism so I was so nervous to do the appointment with the two of them. But the appointment went smooth thanks to Glenda - so sweet and so patient! Dr. Saini is always very thorough in his exam on the littles and also very kind. It was a successful visit.

We have long appreciated Dr. Saini for his expertise in pediatric dentistry, valuing his ability to effectively treat children and clearly explain dental procedures. However, our latest visit has unfortunately compelled us to reconsider our choice of dentist due to an incident that left us deeply disappointed.

The visit took an unexpected turn when our 4 year old son struggled to follow instructions, and my wife stepped in to assist, as any concerned parent would. Regrettably, the dentist's response was not only unprofessional but also demeaning. He openly criticized my wife’s efforts in front of our child, lecturing on the need for our son to be more "individualistic" and undermining her attempts to help. This behavior was not only inappropriate but also disrespectful, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere.

We visited Dr. Saini not for parenting therapy or unsolicited advice on raising our children but for professional dental care in a supportive and respectful environment. Unfortunately, the unwarranted critique of my wife’s actions has overshadowed his previous good work. The manner in which he treated my wife is unacceptable on many levels, demonstrating a lack of respect not only for her as a parent but also for her as a person. It is regrettable that a professional tasked with caring for children would show such disregard for the feelings and dignity of family members.

To those who hold respect for their partners, women, and mothers in high regard, we regretfully advise looking elsewhere for dental care. The ability to work respectfully with parents is fundamental in pediatric care, and unfortunately, our experience revealed a significant shortfall in this area by Dr. Saini.

Dr Saini and his staff are truly amazing. He has been taking care of my son since he was 3 years old and he is now 12. He will also be taking care of my baby girl as soon as she has teeth! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for their dental needs. I have recommended his services to all my friends with children because it is so difficult to find a dentist who not only has trustworthy dental treatment, but also a great attitude towards treating children.

Dr. Saini and his staff have been extraordinary with our 7 year old who was originally terrified of the dentist. Their care and unique ways of handling her gave us comfort and ease knowing our child was in good care. She loves visiting the dentist now with a smile on her face. I highly recommend Dr. Saini office!!

I took my son for his first dental appointment yesterday and I couldn't have been happier. The dental assistant was amazing. She had so much patience with my son. She explained everything to him. All the steps, did hand over hand and always smiled the whole time. Dr. Schmitt was also very patient with my son. Answered all my questions and concerns. Can't wait to go back.

Dr. Saini is an amazing dentist who gives superb care to our special needs child. He and his staff know exactly how to handle our son with extreme sensory processing issues, making the experience efficient and safe. Then, he takes the time to explain everything to us. Great and caring dentist as well as the entire staff there.
