Horrible!!! I went there because it’s very convenient. It’s about a two minute walk from my house however I fill there a lot and nothing is ever ready on time. It says ready on the Internet but really not says it will be readyby a date and time (always two days out) . It’s never ready. There is always a line and a rude female pharmacist the cashier is only good one will be transferring to cvs asap

This is the most disorganized awful pharmacy I have ever used. The tech with the bun and glasses is prejudice and rude. My medicine is never filled on time EVEN WHEN I CALL THREE DAYS AHEAD. I HAVE EMERGENCY LIFE SAVING MEDICINE AND THEY DONT INFORM ME WHEN THINGS GO WRONG AND THEY ALWAYS DO HERE. They are always out of medication. Again this is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever used in my life. The male tech with glasses is very kind. But this is the worst pharmacy ever.

It's truly sad that I came here to review the experience I had at this location the past 2 days and there are several bad reviews over the last few years that had the same experience I had. It makes me wonder if this store even cares that this is a major issue since it's obviously ongoing. My Dr sent a prescription to this location to be filled Thurs morning. When I went by to pick it up, the tech already had a bad attitude but I didn't pay it any mind. She told me she didn't have a prescription for me and I informed her that my Dr sent it over this morning. She reiterated that she didnt have it. I said ok, I'll call her. The tech responded with an attitude & said "you'll have to pick it up later on today because it's a lot of people in front of you" I said ok. It's funny that right after I walked away, she sent the automessage about receiving a prescription & added "but NOT READY" to the message to be funny. Long story short, I decided to come back in the morning to give them enough time to fill it. When I came back in the morning, the Pharmacist informed me it wasn't ready & he would have it ready in 15-20 nins. I said ok I'll come back then. I came back an hr & a half later, giving him more time than he asked to be sure it would be ready. Low & behold, the nasty attitude tech helped me and informed me my script still wasn't ready. At this point I'm aggravated because I'm wasting back & forth trips and the script was not ready when they said it would be. The Pharmacist again said it would be ready in 15-20 mins. I made them well aware of how pissed I was at this point. Smh.......the sad part about this whole ordeal is neither of them even apologized for the inconvenience they were causing. Exhibiting no respect for other people's time or what they may have going on. Harris Teeter needs to clean house & hire employees that actually have customer service skills because the ones working in the pharmacy clearly don't. This shouldn't be going on for years!

Expect to wait hours for your medication here. Today I placed my order for my medicine to be filled and it stated it would be ready in 2 hours. I arrive 3 1/2 hours later and the prescription was never filled and I was expected to wait another 30minutes. Needless to say I left. I just now received a text at 7:30 stating it was ready….. 5 1/2 hours from the time I placed the order!!! This happens every time I go to this pharmacy but this time was absolutely absurd. It’s worth the drive to go to the Mayfair location instead! Fast service and great staff there..

I get my first Pfizer shot and they scheduled me about 3 weeks out for my second one. I go in and the pharmacist tells me I can't get it because of some new booster or vaccine. THAT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE YET!! Had to go to CVS at Target to get my second one. Like why would you not give me the shot to complete my vaccine. Why would anyone wait for ANOTHER vaccine when you can just give me my second dose and I could just get a booster later? Like you could literally finish up second doses and not do initial doses until the new one came in but don't leave people just partially vaccinated.

Multiple incidents with the rude male pharmacy tech. Never got his name and don't care enough to. He likes to close early which I'm pretty sure isn't legal since the hours are posted and it's a pharmacy. I haven't been able to pick up a necessary prescription for over a week now because of him closing early. Even if I call ahead of time he doesn't care.

Pharmacy staff is very rude, and unfriendly. I understand people have bad days but don’t take it out on customers just picking up their medication.

Made an appointment to get my covid-19 vaccination. Filled out all kinds of forms. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Now I am going to be solicited with the info I gave them. When I was finally seen they told me that they haven't had any vaccine in weeks and don't know when they are getting more and to just go to another store but they would not tell me which one has any. They are terrible at their job. Seems to be a running theme everywhere lately. Their web-site shouldn't allow you to make an appointment for a vaccine if they don't have any. Can I give them negative stars?
