Pharmacist on Friday evening and counter staff were so nice and helpful. They explained why we were being transferred to the nearby pharmacy, they still helped me for my request. May these kind hearted people be blessed forever. Thank you very much.

Discharged from emergency room and prescriptions were supposed to be filled. Were not, so told to come back in a few hours. Still not filled, told to come back next morning. Had to deal with infection pain all night. Now back here in morning and still not done. Been waiting for 35 min so far and I am the only one in the Pharmacy. Hospital is so good but Pharmacy staff is very challenged. Very disappointed. N22 Pharmacy is so much better than hospital Pharmacy, maybe they can learn from them about competence & customer service.

Weirdest waiting system on the planet. Stupid staff will make you wait an extra hour if you dont jump in front of the window as soon as you are called even if your medication is sitting right in front of you ready to go

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the wait!! U check in then usually have to wait for another 30 minutes or longer then wait un line again but the line isnt too bad most days and usually the staff are very pleasant..

The phone number to the pharmacy showing on Google is not a good number. Asking for a PIN number that isn't provided.

The main Operator doesn't have a clue of any department and just keeps transferring the calls throughout the hospital.
No one knows how to call their pharmacy.

Just want to say thank you to John Paul Nurse on the 4th floor East and Margarita another nurse These 2 nurses stood out to me becaue their concerns about me the patient Now for whoever wrote my prescription they did not place it at the correct places and the place they said it was at do not have it they're still going on for 4 days
