Hampton Place Healthcare

My grandpa is here and every time I visit everyone is so nice and welcoming. They know who he is and create nice events for the families of the people here. Overall his state has improved since staying here!

I cannot say enough about this facility. Every place has its pros and cons but this facility makes you feel home. It doesn’t matter if you are resident or staff, we are a family. The residents and staff are treated with the utmost respect. Management works together as a team to fix any issue brought to their attention no matter how small. Our core staff works hard every day to provide the best care possible to our residents. We appreciate all of the families that trust us with their loved ones. I’m glad to be a small part of such an amazing facility (family). Blessed and thankful ❤️

It's a nice facility, but the staffing ratio is low and there is a lot of turnover, so the CNAs are struggling to take care of everybody and the nurses are struggling to pass medication. You're better off if you can put your loved one in an assisted living facility; they are much better.

Working in senior care I appreciate having wonderful resources in our area . Hampton Place is one of those resources . Top of my list for recommendations when looking for nursing home care . NWA Senior Expo

Very caring sweet staff from the kitchen up and down! Nurses and administrators are very helpful and considerate of all aspects of your loved one’s healthcare. Beautiful facility. Easy to navigate.

Probably one of the best places I’ve ever worked. Management is very caring and supportive. I have absolutely no complaints.
