We visited this facility for our immigration-related matter and not for a routine medical appointment. Here are the pros and cons based on our experience:

Pros:

1- The location is easily accessible in Central PA.
2- The fees charged are reasonable compared to other options in the area I believe.
3- The doctor we dealt with was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

1- We advise double-checking the copies of your return documents as we had two separate instances where important documents were missing from the original sealed pack of immigration documents due to the irresponsibility of someone in charge.

This could have caused significant trouble for our immigration matter and potentially led to the rejection of our application due to a small copying error.

We feel compelled to share this feedback because this happened a second time. When we personally informed the staff member (Rajeev) of the mistake, he was rude, harsh and dismissive. He even went so far as to try and blame us for their negligence. This was a highly frustrating experience and we believe that customer service is critical in any service industry. It would be beneficial if the staff were trained to respectfully handle upset customers, especially on an issue as significant and life-changing as immigration.

This is a very small practice, yes, hours appointments are hard to get a times. I do feel these doctors truly care and spend quality time listening to you and trying to help you. I like the fact that they listen and are open to working with you on supplements/vitamins/healthier ways of healing. It is very hard to find doctors nowadays that take the time to listen to what you are experiencing in life and making sure that you are on the right medications. I am not a person who likes to take pills and my doctor works with me on this. Be honest and don't "sugarcoat" anything is my motto and get the help that you need to get well physically and mentally. I have been going to them for about 10 years or more now. The nurses/staff ladies that support also care and try to help. They have had a change in staff am seeing for the better.

Would not recommend. They had to reschedule me which still isn’t why I was unhappy it was then because the supervisor response was “Well I don’t know what you want us to do” all because I asked for something sooner than 3 weeks away as a reschedule. A better response would have been “Sorry we inconvenienced you, I understand your frustrations however this is all we have” even after I explained to her my concerns for wanting to see the dr asap. The drs probably are good I never got the chance to see, but unprofessional staff/receptionist is enough for me

Absolutely horrible experience and I never even went into the office!! I needed a new doctor because I just moved to the area and called them. They wouldn't schedule an appointment for me unless I came by the office to sign a release form to get records from my previous physician. I tried to work that out but could not - I just started a new job - and called to ask them to mail them to me. They REFUSED, saying it was too expensive to mail things! This is a terrible practice with completely unhelpful desk staff and apparently they are struggling, because they can't afford stamps. Go somewhere else like I am!
