Edit: ok so there has been a miscommunication. The reports we were both reading correctly have VERY different information in them. I can not blame the Dr of that. However, it is a little concerning. But as she believed the report she was reading, an I believed the shorter version of the same report I was reading. But that's on the Dr's at the hospital. We both talked it over, and I pointed out where I was getting my information, and she agreed it was conflicting information. I'm now getting a C-section because we just do not know which report is more accurate. And we have no way of finding out cause no body can be expected to remember 1 delivery from well over a year ago. 2 stars lost because of the conflicting information but again that's mostly hospital staff error.

I have left to many voicemails in one month. They don’t call you back nor help you in the situation. They also don’t call you for your results. Hard to find out when my dietitian had to tell me what I had because other health issues.

Thanks. I’m going somewhere new that will help my situation. This should be a report for this!

Did obgyn close? I called every day for one week to schedule an appointment. The voicemail says they'll return your call, never got a call back. I called to get a prescription refill, again, never called me back. I physically scheduled an appointment in person, showed up to my appointment, got undressed and sat there for them to come in and tell me I wasn't due for my yearly yet haha. I've been going here for 5 years and never have seen an actual doctor. And I heard from pregnant friends that's how it was for them too until delivery, yikes. The fact that they don't answer their phone is an unsettling feeling. I do not have children yet, however with the non existent communication this is the last place you want to go if you're pregnant. 8 months pregnant trying to make an appointment? Sorry, nobody can get to the phone nor will they get back to you.

I am so glad I found a new doctor! It was always an issue scheduling an appointment. When I finally did find a doctor I liked they would leave the practice. Further, upon moving and finding a new doctor I was informed I had to come sign release forms to have my records sent to my new doctor. Two weeks go by after signing the forms and I have my other doctor visit and they never sent the records. Horrible!

I know when you have a bad experience you do tend to right a review, but I read these reviews and was sickened. I have been coming here for 33 years, since the birth of my children. And have not once had a bad experience. They treat you with kindness and compassion. If you are looking for a gynocolocist give them a chance., they may be just who you are looking for.

They're awful. Damn near impossible to ever get an appointment let alone get ahold of anyone, even if you call a million times. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

They never answer the phone or return calls. Just a very rude and act like they can't be bothered with your health questions.
