This is the best dentist office in town! Dr G and Dr A are outstanding, professional, very skilled, and so damn nice! It's always a pleasure going here. The hygienists are top-notch and very good, they do great work. I know a dentist visit can be stressful and not a great time, but I've always enjoyed my visits here. Simply put, they put a smile on my face every time! 😁

I love this team! I have been a patient for over 20 years! I would not go anywhere else. Dr. Mark and Dr. Kathy are awesome dentist's and wonderful people. Janis and the entire staff are very professional and also friendly. I feel like family when I am there.

I had been a client here for 15+ years. Since covid, no opportunity to get 6 month cleanings. I could live with that, but, I had a 7am appointment last week and I got a message the afternoon before my appointment (less than 24 hours notice) that my appointment had to be rescheduled. I called back and was told the hygienist had quit. That day Well, no, but we weren't rescheduling far in advance, I could reschedule FOR AN APPOINTMENT IN DECEMBER. I hung up. Really disappointed in the focus on any sort of customer service, especially since you know if I would have cancelled with the same notice they gave me I would have been charged.

Dr.Kathy and her team was amazing! I went in little scared. I wanted to know how much work I needed done to my mouth since I went to previous places and I was quoted 4-6k worth of work. After being looked at all I need is a filling fixed. And 2 major problems that I was told that needed to be fixed are none existent. I am so very grateful I decided to take a leap of faith and try yet another dentist. I am so very glad I did!

I have always had a great experience at Gurski & D’Agostino. From the moment I enter the waiting room…I feel welcomed and comfortable. Not many people “can’t wait to go to the dentist”…but at Gurski & D’Agostino… the office staff, hygienists, and Doctors Kathy and Mark make my visit quite enjoyable…and I always leave feeling great about my smile. I used to love it here and I’ve given them multiple chances but I need to review now. For 2+ years I couldn’t get a 6 month cleaning appointment for 9-12 months when trying to schedule after a cleaning. My husband’s appointment was cancelled by the office and they couldn’t reschedule him for 4+ months. After that we decided to switch dentists. I called and asked to have our records sent in July. I was emailed a form, which we both signed and returned via email the very next day. 6 months later we have appointments at our new office and the records were not sent. I called yesterday, asked that the records requested 6 months ago be sent today. I even resent the signed forms. My husband just got home from his appointment. No records were sent. I see no point in calling again. This is just lack of accountability. Very disappointed with the service here in the past few years.
