Apparently you need to reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance or you have to pay 35$ I’ve been going here for years, so has my whole family and this is a brand new policy that was not shared. Oh don’t forget that this policy applies even if your appointment is on a Monday, you need to call the office on a Sunday to leave a damn voicemail so u get it right at the 24 hour mark. And when I asked how was i supposed to know that? I understand if i was cancelling the appointment completely but im trying to reschedule, 35$ dollars seems excessive, things do happen. The Man at the front desk with an attitude says “by calling the office and reaching our VOICEMAIL “ if ur not there on a Sunday to pick up, why the Hell would I call on a Sunday to reach ur machine. Another issue I’ve had with them is I’ve been to another dentist they have recommended me for my wisdom teeth and they have found a small crack in another tooth, and when I told them I was coming back here to get it checked out they couldn’t find anything! So goes to show how close they pay attention to your teeth or how much effort and time they take with you. Already found a new dentist, will no longer be returning. No empathy for their patients, & that’s literally the first thing they teach you in school for any medical role! lol what a joke
