Went there after a car crash, waited over an hour plenty of doctors talking outside the door talking but nobody wanted to come in. Finally called a nurse in who was terrible, told us we can just leave. So we left, asked her where the exit was so I could go somewhere else with my back pain and the nurse completely ignored us. Terrible service. Wish I got her name she should not be a nurse. Absolutely pathetic

Ignored my initial complaint and mistreated another concern. They never got a proper history on my condition and jumped to a conclusion that it clearly wasn't. They never even asked if I had allergies before giving me medication. (Which was for the wrong thing keep in mind) After 2 hours they kicked me out the door because it was closing and they wanted to leave. I had a very concerning matter turn up almost spontaneously and they played it off like it was nothing because they said "we don't do a lot here". Clinic has no compassion for patients, being in medical field I was more than willing to help but they ignored me and my concerns and belittled me like I was clueless and stupid. I have never seen such awful patient care.

The 1-star ratings are absurd, and you should take them with a grain of salt. Gundersen is a world-class medical facility, and we are lucky to have them in our community. They've helped me many times over the decades, and I'm always impressed by the expertise. Yes, wait times at clinics can be difficult depending on the luck of your timing, but that's true everywhere. I will continue to trust them for my care.

Visited urgent care on 6/2/23 to an unfortunate accident that required stitches. Was seen by Dr. Readinger, he and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job and made my husband feel comfortable in an unpleasant situation. Thank you for the personal and friendly service!!!

Came to this urgent care because they are a VA partner and I couldn’t get an appointment to be seen for over a week. So far I have been in my exam room for 1.5 hours. I was seen by the triage nurse 2.5 hours ago. Total time in clinic 3 hours now. What a total waste!
