Charging me $400 for a nose swab that I was not told would be a lab and result in another charge. It was not offered to me or asked if it was wanted. They just said “we can do a swab” and went and got it while the nurses took my weight and blood pressure, etc so I thought that it was just part of the check in before you see the doctor and wouldn’t be a separate charge let alone $400

Asking patients where they want their RX’s sent and confirming you sent them out, then choosing to send them to your own pharmacy is awful. Patients have no idea and my mother is not the first person this has happened to.

My Dr here is excellent. However, she wonders why I come in for checkups and care so irregularly. I went in to see a different doctor for shoulder pain, the Dr asked me a few questions, manipulated and tested my shoulder strength for 5 minutes and gave me a cortisone shot. Charges over $650. THIS is why I don't go to the Dr.

I saw how the housekeeping staff was treated by the nursing staff. Absolutely abhorrent. Left a horrible taste in my mouth that these people are charged with the well-being of our health and care. Changing HMOs so I can go to MAYO as soon as humanly possible.

Lab- I brought my son in this morning for his first lab draw. We all know it can be a very scary experience for children. The two young ladies who worked with my son took control of the room in a very professional manner as I sat back and watched I was very impressed with their “bedside manner” as they made him feel comfortable and safe by explaining to him what they were going to do and talked him through it. He handlers it like a champ and hug thank you for making this a good experience for him you ladies did an awesome job!!!!!

Onalaska Urgent care is negligent My son went to Urgent care because he was having panic attacks in the mornings. He had an appointment with his primary in November but the attacks were getting worse., The doctor did not even listen and told him we do not do that here. That is negligence. I don’t want your canned response. You plainly need to change your policies and treat your patient’s. Please don’t give me your canned response’s educate your providers instead. I don’t want your canned response.
