I would give Sandi 10 stars, she went above and beyond every step of the way. She made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable upon entering this business for our first time. Sandi was easy to talk to, she offered us water and checked in for a refill - she really showed she cared. She talked with us while we waited for the vaccine. We needed supplies for a bad cut as well, and didnt even know we were struggling until Sandi came over and started showing us what will be best and most convenient for it, the proper size, even had a pair of gloves to offer up. I have worked customer service for 12 years and people like her are so rare, and have to be shown they’re appreciated! We share a high standard for customer service that I don’t get to experience often from the other side, it was awesome. Thank you Sandi!!
Cory administered my partners vaccine, and he was very professional and informative. It was super easy. Cory also made him feel comfortable talking and being there, just going the extra mile that made the difference. It seems you have a tremendous team and Guardian has gained our loyalty here on out.

Cory and his team are professional and helpful. My journey here began about two years ago with my wife’s cancer needs. We lived out of town at that time. I have since relocated to Kamloops and continue my own prescription requirements at this fine local business. Thanks for being there.

I went to get a Covid shot today and was told I couldn't have the brand of my choice. Pharmacist said he was saving the Pfizer vaccine for people who couldn't have the Moderna but said they were the same thing. Doesn't sound like it. Had to make a new appointment this time with Shoppers. Should have done this in the first place, my health is my choice not his.

I can't say enough about how great Cory and the rest of the staff are! They are incredibly accommodating, knowledgable and happily answer any questions I inevitably have. Amazing customer service all around. Best pharmacy I've ever dealt with!

Cory and his team are amazing, they truly make you feel like an individual and not just a number. They have supported me through alot of medical changes and have continued to provide me with the up most care and have always provided me with the knowledge I needed to understand the medications I am required to take. Best Pharmacy in Kamloops BC by far.

Love these guys!! I've been with them for a few years, and they are always so personable. I don't even have to call to refill my prescriptions, they always make sure they're ready for me. Highly recommended!!!
