I’ve had a wonderful experience for physical therapy at the Grossmont Orthopaedic Medical Group. Brad, my physical therapist, has been the absolute greatest and I’m so thankful for his guidance. He is so knowledgeable, kind, and a hero! My injured knee is now getting stronger than it was before my injury. Every time I walk into the center, I see smiling faces and feel encouraged. I feel how happy the patients are which is a reflection of the staff. I’ve also worked with physical therapist Sarah, and she’s also helped with my recovery. I love saying hi to her and talking about my progress. The receptionist, Desiree, is so sweet too! I always get reminded of my appointments and can easily contact her for any schedule arrangements. Love the whole team!!! I will forever be thankful! ❤️

Everyone at this facility was welcoming & helpful. Even receptionist always greeted me & was kind trying to give me appointments that worked with my schedule. I usually saw the same PT most of the time. There were a few appointments when I worked with someone different. I always had the same care & concern regardless. Even when I struggled with equipment, someone was always quick to help. I eventually, was strong enough to move on without anymore appointments. However, I feel that I left some new friends. I would use this facility again & highly recommend.

I was lucky to be paired with Brad as my physical therapist for my rotator cuff injury, and it's clear that he truly understood my issue—I'm already feeling significant improvement. I wholeheartedly endorse his expertise, as he pointed out how frequently this injury is misdiagnosed, and I'm so grateful to be on the path to recovery from what was becoming nagging pain. Grossmont Orthopedic Physical Therapy was great! Brad is an excellent therapist. After knee replacement I had trouble going up and down stairs because my leg and knee weren't working together. Now I can climb stairs with confidence. Thanks Brad! Desiree the receptionist was excellent at her job of scheduling.

The whole staff there is great. I learned a new phrase while working on my knee problems. "Appropriately challenging". That has now become my new montra. And it works. In the long run, I'm going to miss your humor and diligence to my overall health. Thank you for giving hope, that I may not need surgery.
