I cannot say enough nice things about this place. This is my dad’s second stay for rehab and my mom stayed once before she passed. The people here make you feel like family and I will go as far to say they spoiled my parents. I am so thankful for the care provided to my parents. We were in the “Mitchell House” each visit. My elderly father that is a retired police officer was sent here for rehab for 21 days. While there he was not given a bath for almost a week nor was his room cleaned and my mother ask everyday for them to do this for a week after i called the hotline on Labor Day the following day he was cleaned and his room was also. After 21 days he was released and he couldn’t even walk. They wouldn’t help him outside to his car where he fell on his back outside the door and my mom had to call a ambulance to get him up and she begged for them to help him up and they would not even come out and check on him. This happened in the Michell house. The outcome is a cracked back and he’s in a back brace in NEA hospital. This is the sorriest facility i wouldn’t take my dog to that place. We think everyone that was on duty that day should lose there jobs for neglect.

What’s really sad is the administration over these places Pamela Biggs is not any help at all. She needs to be fired she’s nothing but a liar she does not do what she says she will do. So Mrs. Biggs you have been no help and since you failed to with hold information we have contacted the attorney general and more people are reaching out with similar issues so not only my mother will be getting in touch with a attorney i believe you will have more than you can handle. This place should be closed due to negligence.

Nurse hung up on me as soon as I got on the phone with her, before I could get a word out, and then told me it was because she couldn't hear me. Then she snatched the prescription I was delivering out of my hand.

My grandma Bonnie was here for years and passed away there in 2017. She was taken so well care of. The staff are excellent and friendly. They really care. The place was impeccable!
