The dental hygienist were great! Both of them took their time and was caring and attentive towards our needs. My husband and I both say it was the smoothest, least painful experience we've had over the 36 years of our lives. The doctors were polite, knowledgeable, and caring. The pediatric side was even better. My kids had crowns and cleaning done and they were calm during and after the procedures. The front desk staff and the whole team is very transparent with costs and what needs to be done. They're not pushy and definitely have the autonomy of the patient as a priority. My family will continue to come here for as long as they will stay open.

Dr Heidi and Anne Marie are always the greatest. They address all concerns and listen so well. Even though I live out of town I refuse to switch dentists for my kids as this has been the most comfortable place they have ever been at. Any emergencies that come up they are right on top of it and sees them right away. I highly recommend Green Bay Family Dental.

Our whole family was looking for something new and more importantly comfortable and honest.
The team at GB Family Dental surpassed everyone's expectations. They took time to explain everything especially to our Littles 6 and 4 and then proceeded to provide us with great aftercare including how to best use our insurance benefits and with what seems to be zero hidden fees on our portion. For a family of 5 that's super important. I'm excited to think we have finally found OUR dentists!

We've been coming to Green Bay Family Dental for over 30 years. Always a friendly experience whether a teeth cleaning or a crown. The dental hygienists are wonderful and Dr. Ulve is the best!! Highly recommend this dental office!

I am deeply frustrated with Green Bay Family Dental. I had an appointment scheduled for today, but it was canceled without any prior notification. When I arrived at the clinic, the host informed me of the cancellation on the spot. The host told me that the appointment was canceled because my husband left a one-star review on Google. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider.
Additionally, we have sent emails regarding billing issues and have not received any response. The lack of communication and transparency is very disappointing. I hope they take these concerns seriously and work to improve their customer service.
