My dad is in here and they treat him so well. You can tell they love their patients they are always checking on him and making jokes with him. Always so friendly with visitors too. They make sure he is comfortable which makes me comfortable having him there. Thank you Granada post acute!

I am deeply appalled by the treatment I received at Granada Post-Acute and the overall state of this facility. From the very beginning, the staff exhibited an attitude that was rude, disrespectful, and outright degrading. Instead of providing comfort and care, they made me feel as though I was worthless and unworthy of their time. To make matters worse, they denied me the opportunity to speak respectfully with anyone regarding my concerns, opting instead to dismiss me entirely.

Bernadette Cabebe, the Director of Staff, and Cecilia Bonilla, the social worker, were particularly unprofessional and hostile. Their behavior is entirely unacceptable for individuals working in a field that demands empathy, hospitality, and genuine care. They should not be allowed to continue in roles that require comforting and ethical interactions with patients and their families.

The facility itself is an absolute disgrace. The building is overcrowded and clearly understaffed, with workers who appear more concerned about being caught in wrongdoing than ensuring quality care. The odor throughout the facility is unpleasant, and patient rooms are cramped, with up to three individuals crammed into a single room—leaving no space for privacy or secure storage for personal belongings. This lack of dignity is unacceptable in any healthcare setting.

There are no suitable recreational areas where patients can stretch their legs or enjoy fresh air. The facility seems more like a mortuary than a care center. The group areas are overcrowded to the point that even wheelchairs cannot pass through comfortably. The staffing ratios are horrifying—with how overcrowded it is, it seems like there is one staff member to approximately 20 patients. How can anyone provide dignified, compassionate, and ethical care under such conditions?

The lack of answers and the visible red flags raised by the facility's own patients only deepen my concerns. It feels as though this facility is nothing more than a waiting room for death, with care standards far below what any human deserves. I strongly urge anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere and advocate for better care for their loved ones. This place is a shameful representation of healthcare, and immediate action is needed to improve conditions and remove staff who are incapable of meeting the basic requirements of their roles.

They show my mom love to an extend no doubt about it but after a two months of visiting my mom after a long 3 year period of time I started visiting her I made that my top priority I love my mom there is nothing more I wouldnt do for her...

I was told that I stay there from 6 am to 12 midnight in which case I don't I stay there perhaps from 8am to 3 pm maybe even 4 after a couple complaints from staff and patients the social work addressed me and my mom and she told us that her medical is not covering for the year and that she will likely be transferred moved to another facility shes been there three years just until now there seems to be Major issues...

I'm not upset but she the social worker was getting a little rowdy attitude I don't see that from nurse patients and other visitors unfortunately I have to say this if you been away for a long time and missing your mom dad uncle brother sister etc. don't get too comfortable with them cause others nurses patients other visitors will complain...

You be the one in the hot seat I even applied there never got a response back from them... On my behalf always show respect they should respect the fact that I'm visiting the woman that birthed me...

Had an experience where they rushed me into choosing their facility and promised I would be able to see my mom on the night she arrived even though she would arrive in the evening when visits are not usually permitted. The transport was late which made her arrival even later. When we arrive the nurse rudely said visits were not allowed. When we explained we had received permissions she said she had to examine my mom and it would be too late for us to see her, that was before 8pm. We asked if they could at least photograph her space so we knew where we were leaving here and she said no. We didn’t feel comfortable so we asked to have my mom discharged so we could find another facility. When we said that, all of a sudden we could have a tour, and visit, and had the marketing agent, and manager calling me on the phone saying one thing while the nurse said another. At that point, the trust was broke and we didn’t feel confident that they wouldn’t treat my mom badly because of this. We had to fight against the transportation company, and this facility to get her release. Now we are in a facility we’re she can have visitor ALL day long and where I was able to spend her first night with her. Whatever you are told, make sure you get it in writing and know that you can definitely take as long as you wan to find a facility for your loved one. The hospital cannot discharge them until there is a facility secured. I know this because we had to take my mom back the hospital the day after, and spent another week there while we toured and selected places.

First timers, their communication between their own staff was not it! When we received a call we were told we would be able to see my mom after she was settled in and once we got there we got a different version of what we were promised after making a big deal about it then we were told we would be able to see her and all. Make sure you check the place out before anything and when you call get names of every person you speak to. Veronica told us one thing and once we got there Jenny told us something else and THEN the ambulance transportation they use was trying to hold my mom because they released her to the facility and then since we didn’t like it they were trying to hold up everything so that Veronica got there and tried to convince us otherwise. Do not recommend unless you don’t care about where you are leaving your loved one! You guys need to work on your service skills especially in a difficult time like this when we are already on edge about our mothers care!

My mom was in this place back in 2019 for about 3 months and they provided her with the best care. My mom learned how to walk again and was back to her normal self in no time. I love this facility. One of the best hands down.
