This was my 3rd time using GSPT. PT after my 2 back fusion surgeries & after hip replacement. Everyone that works at Palmer are fantastic. Erin in the office is super nice, funny and helpful with scheduling appointments. The therapist are all awesome, very knowledgeable, professional, & kind. They listen to concerns and work together to find the best therapy needed for your individual need. I highly recommend!

Erin sets the atmosphere the moment you walk in the door. She is happy and pleasant and so welcoming. Thanks Erin. And then there are the physical therapists. They were wonderful and I was so encouraged by them. They were not condescending when I asked stupid questions and tailored some of the exercises that I didn't like. Thanks Bailey, Brianna, and Amy. You made exercising for an hour actually pleasant. 😎

People go to physical therapy due to pain or injury and hope for relief and improvement. From my first encounter with Jacob, PT, I knew that this was the BEST place to go!! Compassion, kindness, expertise, and understanding were noticed immediately. Coupled with the friendly atmosphere, timeliness and professionalism of the amazing staff the Palmer Township site is highly recommended for anyone wanting the best therapy outcomes. It was sad that I had to be discharged because I met my therapy goals...because I will miss working with this awesome staff!!!

I spent the past three months having physical therapy at the Palmer facility and I "graduated" yesterday doing much better than the day I first walked into the facility. I have been very impressed with care, their support that "you will get better" and their professionalism throughout the process. The staff here are by far, the nicest people EVER! I went to Good Shepard after a shoulder injury which prevented me for doing some of my most basic tasks. With their help I haven’t been facing any pain, regained my strength and I’m now able to live my life to the fullest right before hiking season! Thank you to the entire team here!

The Easton 25th Street Facility is the best Physical therapy facility. I've been to two other local Physical therapy groups and my best experiences have been at Good Shepherd. Jake who is the head therapist is fantastic. He runs a very well maintained unit. It's like family. All of the personnel there are amazing, caring, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong. AND they offer Aqua therapy. My only issue is after insurance runs out that this location does not have the ability to let you "pay" for Aqua therapy out of pocket, as the pool facility are is too small. It would be wonderful if they could expand into the "open" area next door and extend the pool for more clients at one time. I think the expansion would be great, as they're one of the only facilities in Easton to offer "Aqua therapy". Thank you all for such great work. You have helped me tremendously!! I love you all!

I was injured in a car accident and I had to go to physical therapy. Good sheppard was really great, so nice and friendly and encouraging. Unfortunately I have to go to physical therapy again for that same accident, different injury. But I am happy to be going back to the same good sheppard facility. The therapists were very creative in my rehabilitation program. I would absolutely recommend physical therapy at Good Sheppard.
