Good Shepherd Macungie was excellent in assessing my needs and developing a program to address them. In addition to providing therapy, the concern, friendliness, and level of care from all staff members was exceptional. Nobody wants to need physical therapy, but if you do, the staff at this facility is superb. I highly recommend them!

A very relaxed atmosphere in which to complete your return to a pain free life. Ashley was just fantastic as she taught me skills to keep me feeling as great as I do now. Excellent therapist in a very friendly environment. Highly recommended.

This was my second round of Physical Therapy for a total Hip replacement. The physical therapist at Good Shepherd led by Tricia were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. they were able to get me physically stronger in half the time then the previous group of therapists. Have gone here for PT for multiple issues ( rotator cuff surgery, knee injury, SI and spine). I keep choosing Good Shepherd - Macungie because of the exceptional care, treatment, and outcomes. The staff (Tricia, Romy, Janene, Alyssa, and Cindy) are amazing -- knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, motivating. I have spent almost 3 yrs working closely with their excellent staff. I had a history of 10 whiplash injuries and the staff helped me not only fully recover from a double cervical discectomy with fusion surgery, completely transformed my posture, but according to my neurosurgeon due to my hard work and dedication to physical therapy I not only was able to correct slippage of 2 cervical verebrae but show no further degenerative changes in my neck in almost 3 yrs!

Have gone here for foot issues before surgery and the staff is great. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to help me. Friendly, helpful, attentive, caring, and does look out for your individual road to pre or post op. Thanks to all that work here.
