My husband and I both have had fantastic experiences at this doctor's office! They got us an appointment fairly shortly after turning in our new patient packet with Laura the nurse practitioner and she has been nothing but lovely and helpful. Everyone in the office is friendly and it is a clean enjoyable experience

I wouldn't get out of the electric chair to see these clowns. Worst "medical" experience in my life. 5 critical mistakes in first visit. Also it's my last visit. Words fail me. RUN

Dr. Gill is an uncomunicative and unfriendly doctor. After seeing him the first time I immediately switched to one of his nurse practioners. His office has a rapid turnover of staff and is very diorganized They have lost my lab reports at least 2 or three times. This week I began calling the office on Monday to have a scheduling issue looked into. Between Monday morning and Friday afternoon I left 12 messages before my call was put through, told merely they were busy and short staffed. There is usually one or two kind and intelligent staff members, for the most part staff is ill-tempered and unfriendly. I am currently looking to move to a different practice and feel very badly for older patients who feel at the mercy of such a cold, mean-spoken doctor and his rude staff. His nurse practioner Jan Winz was wonderful; Dr. Gill bullied her right out the door. Shame on you Dr. Gill!

Rudest medical staff I've ever come across. Took a friend in there & they were laughing at her & making fun of her because she was upset because they were jerking her around & she wasn't happy about it. Very unprofessional!

I've really enjoyed Dr. Gill these past 3 years and I see him often. Lots of lab, EKGs, etc. without issues. He's been very friendly and attentive in ordering diagnostics and referrals, etc. It is a very busy office and appts. can get backed up but not terribly and I really appreciate not feeling like I'm being rushed out. The office staff can get beleaguered with all the activity but they have remained good natured and well intentioned through it all. If there's been a lag in service I would say it's communication between the office and pharmacy and vice versa.

Dr. Gill is an Excellent Doctor. My husband and I have been patients for two years and my Father went to Dr. Gill for 10 years. He (my Dad) had a complex medical history and was pleased to find such a caring top notch doctor in a relatively small town. It was his hope that we too would get established with him. We have done that. Dad was right. Five Stars.

I've never has much of a wait.
From check in to the nurse doing your blood pressure and weight
Everything flows pretty smoothly.
There is a pharmacy , x-ray and a place to get your blood drawn and plenty of parking. And with the patient portal you can go on line to look at test results upcoming appointments or request prescription refills. All-in-all just a great place if you want to be more involved with your health care needs.

The most incompetent doctors office I have heard of. My husband and father in law go here and they can’t even do the simplest tasks. It takes them three weeks to get things as simple as getting records from another doctor done!! To return a phone call takes about a week or so. It’s hard to get a hold of them as well. Sometimes if you don’t continuously check back with them and make sure they did what you ask (like getting medical records from another doctor) things would never get done or you wait for a month before it’s done or they just plain forget about you! Incompetence!!
Run, don’t walk as far from this office as you can. They don’t care about their patients!!
