The home was very clean and there were no offensive odors! The patient was clean and he looked well! You seem to have a very good staff and they were very cordial! Keep up the good work! I was very impressed! God bless all of you who work there! I am sure the families who have their loved ones there are pleased!

After touring multiple skilled nursing facilities/rehabs in the city which were dark,dreary dungeons, I was unsure if id ever find a suitable place for my loved one until by GOD's grace I was directed to GERMANTOWN HOME. GERMANTOWN HOME is clean, bright, inviting& beautiful. The entire staff are professional from the janitors to the nurses. The care and compassion is genuine. I can breathe knowing my loved one is safe and in a caring environment.

My first visit was awesome! The staff was VERY freindly and the environment was very clean. I enjoyed my visit with our minister ministry. 5 stars for sure! Looking forward for my upcoming re-visits.

The facility is secured! Staff attentive and friendly. Facility is clean and without odor. Our loved one was reluctant to admit rehab due to stigma of nursing homes- however she was able to verbalize Satisfaction

Very clean there was no smell when we entered and the staff was polite coming in and going out. I like that the facility had a smell of home cooked food. 😊

Every time I enter the building it is clean. Thecresudent seems to happy and grateful for their stay there. A few even adke for prayer for the staff because they go above and beyond the call if duty to help them in various task to ensure the resident's safety and happiness.

Really love the hospitality received when visiting my loved one. The aid was very helpful in retrieving an extra chair for I and my fiancé to sit in as we enjoy some time with our dear mommy. Thank you for the care given to her . This experience has not been at all good but the hospitality shown to myself warms my heart. Ty

My mom is a resident there and we enjoy spending time with her outside the facility but today decided to spend time with her and a few family there in a nice room they have for residents to utilize. Staff was pleasant and the time spent was great. Today was a good day
