I have nothing but amazing things to say about Genesis! I felt like for years I struggled to lose the ‘stubborn weight’ on my body. I was trying everything.. workouts, different diets you name it, but I continued to feel stuck in a cycle. Genesis helped me break that cycle and lose 10lbs. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the 2 people I spoke to were very nice other than that AWFUL. I'm an LVN therefore I know how to draw up my unit amount of medication. I was shorted 3 weeks worth of medication! I realize that is the Pharmacy fault however I called and emailed several times and only (1) time did someone reply to see what they could do refund me or send me my 3 weeks worth of medication but NOTHING!!! So I got ripped off basically $700.!!! I also had a 5 week telehealth appointment that was scheduled and noone called. I had to call to see what my next dosage amount was! Don't want to forget i only got 4 syringes!! For 12 injections! Again, clearly the Pharmacy screwed up at my expense. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU JUST YOUR MONEY! I'm not one to write a bad review but this was WRONG.

I've been going to Genesis Clinic in Costa Mesa for 4 months now for my treatments, and the experience has been incredible!! From the very first consultation, Andrea was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, guiding me through the process with clear explanations, and is very genuine.

I felt the treatment was tailored to my specific needs, and the staff was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way.
The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. All the staff have been great every visit and I am so happy with my results so far!!

My mother has Neuropathy treatment at Westshore twice a week. I must say we have never been to a more accommodating medical office. From the front desk, the therapists and management, everyone is so personable, friendly and patient. It is a pleasure to come here. We have noticed vast improvement in my mom's mobility and pain management. Thank you Westshore for always making us feel like family. Two thumbs up!!
