Mat-Su Borough If you are looking for an unreliable and shady company to meet your needs as a client or as an employee, this is your go-to company. Not only are employees expected to cover the costs of any required training (i.e. First Aid/CPR), they are then fortunate enough to have to continually inquire about receiving their pay for services rendered. A common phrase they must ingrain their office worker’s to express is “next pay period” & if you aren’t hung up on when you call their office with a legit question, consider yourself lucky. The office staff is unprofessional, petty & how they are still a functioning business is a mystery. They don't even deserve the one star that is mandatory to select to be able to post a review. Shameful company.

Today I spilled soup on myself. Went looking for a clean pants. Surprise, every pair of casual, at home pair of slacks I own are dirty -- all 30 pair. That means months have gone by while they collected in the laundry basket.

Genacta offers the best care for individuals needing assistance in all of Matsu Valley! The office staff are very friendly and personable.

Great Company to work with. Always very helpful when I call. We use them for Family Habilitation and respite.

Tried multiple times to get help with my elderly parents. Definitely do not recommend them. It was awful trying to do business with them.
