Yikes. I really enjoyed this office untill their recent self check in. First off having a self check in where seniors are the majority of the clientele and having 1 person to help is not ideal to say the least. Also evidently if you arrive too early for check in the self check in doesn't work properly. I checked in using facial recognition and sat for a half hour before asking a question about my insurance while I wait and being told I wasn't even checked in. It's now going on an hr sitting here as I'm sure the Dr let another person in before me thinking I didn't come. Absolutely ridiculous guys.

I went to this office in Lewisburg today and I was very impressed. Everything was clean, the staff was all friendly and kind. They drew a large amount of blood from me and the phlebotomist was kind and experienced. She made sure I was comfortable for the blood draw and felt better before I left. I also was taken care of very quickly! My appointment was at 11am and I was finished by 11:30am. I would definitely go back if I ever need bloodwork done again!

Margaret Still is the worst doctor I’ve ever had the chance to be around. She has targeted my family multiple times and it’s gotten to the point that the PA Mohammad has been involved, upon request an have switched my children’s provider location and provider all together. My children are perfectly healthy and are on schedule for learning. I will no longer take my children to this environment because they’re unprofessional and make you feel as if you don’t know what’s right for your children. Geisinger has lost 6 patients in these process and I’m glad I found a doctor for my whole family that we can depend on instead of being targeted. Geisinger is money hungry and doesn’t care about their patients always trying to beat their competitors but losing control of what truly matters.

We've used this office for a quite a few years and had very positive experiences with the medical staff. But at some point the office switched to using a call service, so you can't call them directly. It's horrible. When my daughter had strep throat I waited 30 minutes on hold, and then they hung up on me. After waiting another 30 minutes on hold, the person I reached wanted to schedule our appointment for a week later. It took a long discussion to convince her to schedule a same-day appointment. Then when my son had a sinus infection, I spent another 30 minutes without getting through. I cleared my work schedule, got in my car, and drove over there to make the appointment. It shouldn't be like this.

Update: Contacting this office is still as problematic as ever, but I need to update my review to reflect the quality of service: our entire family is now using Dr. Kisvarday as our primary care physician and she has been fantastic. She is a great listener, and explains her thinking process to you as she is diagnosing the problem. I can highly recommend her. 5 stars for Dr. K and 1 star for the administration.

This center is hugely dependent on which provider you have. We had great experiences with Dr. Pinkham and Dr. Lloyd, unpleasant experiences with Dr. Patel. We've been referred to specialists for issues that could have easily been handled by a PCP in most cases. I'd look otherwhere for actual PCP and family medicine.

The nursing home transport was running late because another doctor office ran late. I keep the reception up dated about the can being late and also that they were on there way. When they got here it took awhile until got her in her wheelchair out of the van so she was 7 min. Part the 15 min. Limit. They would not see because of this. It took months to get into this doctor and now has to make another appointment for months later

I was born and raised in Lewisburg. Dr. Arisumi has taken care of me all my life. I've been coming to this clinic for the last 30 years and it is the standard to which I compare all other doctor offices. With that said, I don't want to discount any of the other reviews people have posted and the new call system in general is exhausting, especially when I've tried to get quotes on what my insurance will cover regarding surgery. BUT I have always felt that the care I received here was top quality. From the admin to the nurses and doctors, I've always felt listened to and valued. I'll be returning soon for an annual check up and I'll give an update on how it goes.

I don't often give Doctors offices 5 star reviews - in fact this is the first time. However, time and time again I have had such positive experiences with this office. Whenever I call with questions, concerns or scheduling the receptionists are very helpful and friendly. I am also greeted so kindly and warmly whenever I arrive for appointments: it's quite surprising when I compare it to other Geisinger offices. In addition, the nurses seem much more competent and on-top of patient concerns than I experienced with the nursing team in State College. Finally, I have had nothing but positive interactions with the treatment staff: nurses, Physicians assistants, Radiology, Phlebotomy and doctors. The clinic itself is dated and appears very worn. This small matter can easily be overlooked when actually receiving great medical care. Thanks Geisinger Lewisburg for changing my outlook about contacting/going to the doctor.
