I had a tooth break off and Dr. Shaw got me in immediately. They made a temporary Crown and then the following week, my permanent tooth was ready! I am so pleased and so happy! The girls are all so friendly. It’s a joy to go to their office and that’s saying something to go to a dentist. Nereida & Dr. Shaw both have beautiful eyes and they work as a team to get me in & out so quickly and professionally, I an so luck they are perfectionist because when one loses her front tooth its important!

Provided excellent customer service and patient care. Verified my dental benefits, explained out of network coverage well, got me in for a semi-emergency quickly, did not up-well me on services like Tramonto Dental, and the staff is very personal and not overly chatty when your mouth is wide open :-).

I specifically was looking for a dentist that takes my insurance Delta Dental. When I called I was told yes , the office manager just described sometimes but not always the insurance company may pay me and I bring the money to them but nowhere was it described as being out of network until I arrived at my appointment 3 weeks later. I had my records forwarded and was ready to become a new patient at this new office but I finally got her to spill the beans because she was about to have me sign something regarding payment and I asked again , do you take Delta Dental and said yes but was staying away from just being honest and say they are out of network! I had to ask her to be specific because again she was saying something about payment. I said I’m use to getting pre authorization before my appointment but didn’t get any , I knew something was up. I have insurance so why would I go to an out of network location? I ended up leaving and now it’s too late to get my cleaning elsewhere before end of year for my benefits. Complete and total mis representation! Just be honest and upfront with patients!

Thank you SO MUCH to Gavilan Peak Dental Care! ? I needed two teeth to be taken care of. They would be a new filling and a new crown. Dr. Yang and her staff made sure to take good care of me. I did not have dental insurance, so I asked what my options were. The front office staff came back to me at my dental chair, they went over the costs with me and then they helped me apply for CareCredit. They also offered discounts as well. Right after that, Dr. Yang and her dental assistant worked on my two teeth. When I left there, I had a nice new tooth-colored filling and a new temporary crown. I will go back in 3 weeks to get my permanent crown put on! ? I was SO thankful that they made sure the costs were taken care of, my two teeth were greatly improved and I didn't have to make numerous appointments to do it. I was able to get both teeth done that same morning! Thank you again to Dr. Yang and to Gavilan Peak Dental Care! ?

This was my first visit to this facility and so far was very pleased. I needed 2 crowns and they knew I was in a hurry and proceeded accordingly. The entire facility makes you feel welcome and important and they keep you updated at each stage of the treatment. The office seemed to be on top of new technology.

The staff is so friendly and courteous. Dr. Yang is so caring and takes the time to explain everything to you to make sure you are comfortable. You can tell that they truly care about their patients. So glad I found them!!

Having quite recently moved to Anthem and in dire need of emergent dental care I opted to be seen by Dr Jinah Yang with Gavilan Peak Dental Care. Her staff is amazing, the office state-of-the-art and Dr Yang was incredible. I highly recommend Gavilan Peak Dental Care.
