Communication ! Absolutely one good thing is the personal Doctor's call to me. His call has given hope to patients concerns of impersonal modern date health care. His few minute visit after the procedure was important. Healers/ Doctors must maintain that level of care. It's important or there will be continued empty chairs at the doctor's offices.

The Nurse Practitioner (Terri Guffey) really listened to my problems, perscribed medications to stabilize.my condition, and then Beverly worked hard to get my test schedule ASAP. They heard I had been suffering for months, and reacted with urgency which I greatly appreciated.

Beverly is the first smiling face you see. She is so friendly and eager to assist you! The first person you encounter sets the tone for your office visit! She made every effort to accommodate my needs! The staff is wonderful and I wish this was my usual location! I am a new patient and I traveled from Birmingham because they jad an opening. Gastro Health made a FANTABULOUS impression with me!

I have no complaints, it was my first visit and I felt very well taken care of and listened to. My visit was with Terie Guffey, she makes you feel comfortable and she is very personable. She listened to my concerns and made sure to address them all, and she takes time to listen and educate you on medication and any procedures that you may need.

I was a new patient seeing Terri after having some strange symptoms for a few months. I loved that I could easily make an appt online and quickly got an appt. When I arrived, timely check in process and had to only wait a very short time before being called back. Terri was great with listening to all my symptoms and asking clarifying questions. She didn't act like she was in a hurry at all. We discussed a plan, new med and follow up. Was very pleased with the whole process and everyone in the office was so kind from check in to check out.
