I go to this doctors office and the person who was working the front desk this morning was very rude and uncaring. Made my sensitive situation worse.. Doctors need to realize the front desk and helping staff are the face of the practice not theirs. Choose your staff more carefully.

Would leave zero stars if possible. This office is dangerous. Aa psychiatrist prescribing psychotropic medicines there is a certain morale responsibility that should be upheld. This office cares nothing of that. It is a pill mill essentially. This is the type of place that people go to to get drugs to get high. This is not the place to go to if you actually want to get better. I have a family member who went here to get drugs even though the dr had a consultation with my family members father in which he was made aware of the issues that my family member had with certain drugs and that these drugs should be avoided. The dr disregarded this information, prescribed the drugs anyways and now my family member is in the hospital after trying to commit suicide after taking too much of that same medication. This office needs to be shut down and I am going to follow up and do my best to make sure this does not happen to any one else. They clearly don’t value the well being of their patients, they just want to pump out prescriptions and essentially make passive income.

Horrible care!! I saw "Miss April" and she made my depression and anxiety worse! Save your money and time and go see a real Doctor. What a waste of $250! She was a real "see you next Tuesday"

Dr Frick is such a nice guy , it makes no sense to me that his office staff have no professional courtesy and go out of their way to be rude to their patients. I don’t think he is even aware and wonder where he finds these people. They lack some serious people skills. How they passed an interview is beyond me. Coming to this office be prepared for a difficult time with communication to this office. Their staff literally seem annoyed and angry for having to do their job.

Made an appt. A month ago and called to confirm what time I needed to arrive. After 3 different days of trying to reach the scheduling office to confirm the time with no answer I eventually reached the front desk for them to tell me that I don't have an appt. So, whether I was discharged without notice or whatever happened I would not recommend this office.

only two stars because of my new doctor, but this review is about NP Lynval Parke. He does not deserve his job. As a mental health professional, you would expect him to be professional and know how to care/interact with mental health patients, but that’s obviously not the case with him. he is the most unprofessional, disrespectful psych i’ve ever seen, and i’ve been in treatment for 10 years now. he invalidated my prior diagnoses ( i had medical record proof of) after 5 minutes of seeing me for the first time. he also made comments on my body that were not needed, and honestly just creepy. the second appointment, he talked to me as if i was less than human. he belittled me for having to have my mom in the waiting room with me because of my agoraphobia. he yelled and slammed his hand on his table saying “IM in control” when all i asked was that he respected me as a patient after he had spent the beginning of the appointment laughing at my traumas (then denied it of course). i told him i’m sorry for his time but he’ll no longer be seeing me as a patient and he said “if you treat your disorder like that, you’re never gonna get better” i left after that but no thank you, im gonna treat my disorders with someone that knows how to treat me and my disorders with respect. i then went to the parking lot to cry and file a complaint over the phone. the staff got me in with a different doctor the same day. she is amazing, and it’s surprising she works in an office with such a terrible man. Lynval Parke is creepy, unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant, and downright mean. i don’t know if he treats his coworkers differently and that’s why he still has his job, but him having a medical license is a joke and is doing nothing but bringing harm to the community

You can call dozens of times, trying a different extension each time, and never have anyone pick up the phone. Don't bother leaving a message, they won't call you back. There is no way to communicate with anyone except through an appointment and the associated time and office visit expenses that come with it.
