Last year the lady that ran the pharmacy was amazing she knew what she was doing and was nice and explained it all well. And when other staff in there could not fill my son’s medication that he needs. She would call and fix it right away. The people they have working there now suck at their jobs? they can’t find what you need half the time and it takes days for them to fill any prescription. Not to mention they have put in the wrong amount two times and are rude when I ask questions. They lady that ran it before always made sure things where filled the day they came in. And half the time it was just her and she had no one there to help! And people bashed her for being a little short wile they ask the same question 3 times.

Staff have always been professional and helpful when I get my refills. They're not tripping over their own feet to greet me with rays of bubbly sunshine just because I walked into their store, but they're never disrespectful.

I’m mortified by this pharmacy. My experience was the worse. Rainy is awful! She scared me. She’s condescending and rude! You can’t ask her anything. She’s not helpful! The staff is so oblivious to everything. The medication is never on time. I don’t understand how the Board hasn’t step in to correct the mess in this pharmacy. It’s incredible how long this has gone on. I transferred my medication to another pharmacy. I feel happy now and not fearful to go back. It honestly shocked me. I was always scared to put my medicine in fear it wouldn’t be ready or how I was going to be treated. Please do not go here. They don’t care for people..

If I could, I would rate them no star. Awful Service!! Made an appointment for my son’s COVID shot. checked in by an unfriendly assistant, filled out form and was told to wait for the pharmacist for the shot. The lady pharmacist gave us a look and continue with her work behind the counter, ignored our presences, no courtesy whatsoever to tell us if we need to wait a little bit longer. We waited for over 35 mins just to get a shot when we have already made an appointment for this, the shot only took her less than a min to do while she prioritized other tasks and made us wait. Very poor service, I took my COVID shot at other location, the service was much faster and friendly. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy at all, Will avoid this location at all cost.

Brought my son in for COVID shot. Pharmacy tech response time at check in window extremity slow and no friendly greeting either. Once registered, we waited 30 mins to actually have the pharmacist administered shot to my son. We were the only customer in line at the store. I get it there’re drive in customers but this service time is NOT acceptable. How about pharmacy staff at least acknowledge we’re waiting and give us a courtesy apology and let us know we’re up next? Poor communication, poor training and no sense of customer service. Not recommended to friends and family!

This is overall a great pharmacy! The only problem I ever have is with the pharmacist there. Her name is rainy! She is terrible, always has an attitude whenever I try and speak to her asking her questions about prescriptions and such . She even told me to go on YouTube for a simple question I was trying to ask her in person. Even though that is her job to help us who have questions. It makes me almost want to switch pharmacy’s !! Robin is the only respectful pharmacist there. Always so sweet and caring.

Zero stars if possible. The lady pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending, zero customer service, acted as if me filling my prescription there was a big inconvenience for her. Avoid the place for all cost!
