This hospital was great. I went in off peak hours and checked their wait times and was literally taken right back to a room...no wait. The NP that saw me was fantastic and ended up doing a nerve block to get me thru to my appointment the following day. I'd definitely recommend going here but as always, check the wait times before you go! Patients are seen based on symptoms and availability. This experience was much better than going to the main Froedtert hospital and waiting for hours!

My parents have been hospitalized at this hospital multiple times and I’m always impressed by how caring, considerate, attentive and professional the medical professionals and all the staff are. It’s a well run hospital and the staff is second to none, and it’s top tier facility.

If I could I would’ve left 0 stars. I’ve been trying my hardest to be apart of the Froedtert franchise for a very long time now. I have lots of experience with phlebotomy and I meet all the requirements. I got a call about an interview and less than an hour later I got a call back stating the interview is canceled and they are going to wait for other applicants. She also stated the position is new which was a LIE. The lab/ phlebotomy position has been open for over a month now. Moreover, all of these Froedtert phlebotomy positions have been open for a long time and they keep declining my application when I have more than enough experience in lab and phlebotomy overall. I understand it’s hard sometimes to get into jobs and they just can’t hire any and everybody but obviously there are not a lot of people wanting to work here. I’ve put in more than two applications for these positions and work hard for what I want. I think it’s horrible how she lied about the position being new and canceled my interview. Froedtert has to do better with patients and applicants.

They will call you daily, let the phone ring once, and hang up, trying to call back you are transferred around multiple times as no one seems to have a clue here what is going on and you are told they cannot look up who is calling you. I have had many issues with Froedtert overall in the past with everything from mistakes in billing, and mistakes in insurance claims and when you try to work on it with them they just send you to collections, I've never had anything sent to collections my entire live till this place. If you don't have to go here I would highly recommend you avoid this place altogether.

Why is there no handicap parking for patients? I am a cardiology patient who has a bad leg and I sometimes have to walk far and up stairs to just get inside the building. I cannot do valet as I have a left foot pedal so I can drive with my left foot. I thought by law there needs to be handicap parking.

I am a new employee here. I have always wanted to be a part of the Froedtert franchise and have been for the past four months. Unfortunately for me I am not having the best experience. I won’t speak on racism but I will say, there is a lot of great staff and as well as not so great staff. Most of the not so great staff are in management on the surgery unit . Their extremely rude and snotty towards me. I’m a polite person so even when they turn their nose up at me I still say thank you, good morning and how is your day with a smile on my face. I never get a response or a greeting back. I won’t be here for long, I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted in a work setting.

Excellent services for my MIL. Everyone from the nurses to the doctors to the technicians, etc were extremely responsive and kind. Thankful for their services in the med surg unit.
