I am very sad to give this one star! My stay was great ! The staff was great. ! UNTIL IT WAS TIME FOR MY RELEASE!
I felt threatened by another Man in the facility , He actually threatened several of us. We literally were scared this guy was going to do something crazy. I asked to go home a day early . The staff said no problem, called my cab for 12:45 and walked me out the door. They Knew that I only had eaten breakfast and left me sit in the lobby unit A waiting forever. Then when information contacted them to see what was going on apparently my cab went to the other building and canceled my ride . Due to the fact He did not see me. When I phoned upstairs, I was then told maybe you should have scheduled your own ride! Well I said you could have told me this a long time ago!!!! Then they call back to the information stand and she informs me that a new transportation company would come and get me at 5:00 pm I started crying !!! One of the workers from the unit saw me sitting down there and says I can at least bring you a sandwich, I said that would be nice , I was feeling frustrated. She never returned. Finally at 5:15 Mike the valet guy says where do you live ? I will take you home , when I get off at 6:15 . Then finally at 5:55 my transportation company showed up. Called for a messed up transition. I should have been in there care until I got in that cab. Considering the man who threatened to kill almost everyone in the unit was also being released this day !

This facility failed my ******* and my family tremendously. With evident delusions, suicidal ideology, and manic thoughts and actions the staff decided to discharge my ******* without follow-up care. Less than an hour after release my ******* psychosis reinstated/became more evident (after we assured the staff this would occur). The staff at Froedtert failed my family. A mental health crisis cannot be turned a blind eye to and this facility did this and more. After presentation of significant concerning information pertaining to the events leading up to this, the staff acted like this was 'normal'. I want to reiterate truly how much you let down my ******* who is so deserving of life and happiness. A mistake like this is irreversible.

The PHP program has helped my husband tremendously with his depression after our daughter passed.

Just was not a over all well experience. For detox it is well. For mental health all experiences have variables. With a 3 day hold.
