I cannot express enough my gratitude for this place. Melissa and Morgan have been wonderful with my mom and my special needs little brother. Unfortunately my mom had an incident with a front desk member who was rude with her over a form that was filled out with blue ink. I personally have never heard about not being allowed to use blue ink pen on forms. So they make her do the forms again in black ink when my mom finishes and tries to give the forms back and she completely ignores my mom, gets up and leaves and comes back with another person and she took the forms. I had no idea this had happened until Morgan called me and left me a voicemail letting me know what happened and apologized. The fact the he took the time to call me and apologize says a lot about him. I called him back, we spoke and reassured me that they don’t take these certain situations lightly. He also let me know that he had already spoken with the individual. This is why I decided to leave a five star review. Thank you again Morgan and Melissa for all you do and for always for taking the initiative to help my mom.

My experience with Friends Health Care Team has been Awesome.Joyce and Angela have been very consistent and when they give you their word believe me they stand by it .They are very Professional as well and they come with the Aides to introduce them also now tell me if thats not Awesome😊
