I have been a customer at Frank’s Pharmacy for years and they are truly amazing!!!! Wonderful staff who know you by name. They're not a very inclusive pharmacy. If they don't know you, and you're a person if color, you are not well received. The second time I went there for a refill, I did so after receiving a text stating the script was ready. After making my 45 min drive, I'm told that something was wrong when the doctors office called in the refill and that I will need to go back to the office to get a hand script. I wasted an hour and a half and 50 dollars in gas for nothing. If they sent the text that the script was ready but found a problem, u would think they would call you back or send a text saying "problem with order". Complete waste of time and money. They definitely aren't looking for new customers.

Very little to offer other than being a pharmacy. Went to get a knee brace as instructed by my Dr, was discouraged to see only one brand and one size. I get that this isn't often the reason why customers shop here, it was just underwhelming what was offered. Took about 15 min to check out and purchase with 2 customers ahead of me.

We had all of our big pharma prescriptions moved to Frank's Pharmacy at the recommendation of a friend. We couldn't be happier!! They're very kind and prompt. They're pharmacists are knowledgeable. It's also a great place to pick up basic med supplies and OTC meds plus they have gifts and cards!

I am from Houston so I had been getting my perception filled in Houston by the Franks Pharmacy in Katy. I recently moved to Cali for a job and let me tell you! I am on birth control so I need it monthly. I called my pharmacy and told them what was going on I asked if it was possible to send my perception to Cali and have it shipped to me to my hotel. Time comes around that I need a refill I call my pharmacy they set it up for me. All I had to do was get it from my hotel! They were extremely nice and understanding. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone. Even though I was getting my prescription from Katy and I lived in Houston. They were still shipping my perception to me. I didn’t even gave to pay a shipping fee!

Frank’s Pharmacy is absolutely the best pharmacy I’ve ever used anywhere. After constant issues and problems dealing with the big chain pharmacy here my physician recommended Franks. What a difference. They have the kindest staff, pharmacists. I get my flu shots here. I’m reminded of the pharmacy In the small town I grew up in as a kid.
