This was quite a pleasure to visit from what I am used to. My son and I looked about the shop and items and found a canvas bag to buy along with his prescription.

We decided to call in first to make sure our order had been put through. After the receptionist or pharmacist gave us a time we headed over and picked up for a short wait in line and $7.

Parking wasn't hard and locals were friendly. We found this to be a welcomed addition to our shopping stops! Very neat small town location off I-5 in Williams,CA.

The workers are pleasant and know what they are doing. Insurance fraud? That's a pretty bold statement to make with no proof, but i digress. I have gotten my meds at fouchs for years and its always nice to go in. Even during this pandemic the staff have been extra good about having people stand apart, wear masks, and take the extra precautions. The only time I have ever had to wait was when Julia, the pharmacist, was at lunch which I understand and was happy to come back. I will continue to come here for many years to come.

Some lady's are nice. Even though they dont know what they are doing sometimes. The girl in the back, Denise I believe is her name, has an ugly attitude. She has no manners and she can't talk to people the way she does. Bad customer service! They need to check out their staff and do some new hiring! Also, if you dont have the meds we asked for maybe you should give us another option like colusa pharmacy so we don't have to wait another day. People need there meds the day they asked for them!

Quaint and varied! Adorable gift items: from nicely packaged and delicious candy options to scented candles, lotions and one of a kind items. Some of the usual pharmacy items and, oh yes, it is an actual pharmacy. Fits in well with the overall period quietness of the town of Williams, CA. Lov3d it!

I was on a trip from Sacramento to red Bluff to visit my aunt who is 93. I stopped here to get a test for Covid. The test was defective and would not open for me. The pharmacy would not help me and give me another test not helpful at all.

horrible customer care, I try to get my dtrs rx transfer over and this lady was so rude, she wouldt even explain me how to do it she just keep on saying " no no we cant " gosh this is an rx for a kid obviously they dont have sympathy for their patients!!!!!!!!!
